Nut allergy friendly - Love that all of their allergens are labeled on the pastries!…read more Time to order: 3 minutes with no one ahead of us? We got here at 9:15AM on a Saturday and it was relatively empty, a few people studying. Not much parking but it doesn't seem to need too much. The lemon poppy seed bread was really good (5/5). Perfect texture, would never guess that it's gluten-free. Spongy but moist, not grainy at all. The coffee was relatively forgettable but all of them did have strong hints of the syrup that was added. I had a drip coffee with honey syrup and it was decent, not too sweet. My partner's cold brew was very strong in the lavender syrup she got. I'd come back for the pastries alone and it's a nice little study spot.

I can easily see this place getting incredibly crowded during the school year. Unfortunately, the drinks were a huge letdown. The iced mango cloud matcha was super watered down and lacked that vibrant green color. It tasted mostly like milk and a hint of mango (which wasn't too sweet), but had barely any actual matcha flavor. The iced macchiato was also extremely milky. It tasted like straight milk with a tiny splash of coffee that you couldn't even taste. On the positive side, we stayed until 4pm and found that the crowd cleared out around lunchtime. It became a much better, quieter environment for working in the afternoon. Our verdict is to avoid the milky drinks. It's a decent spot to work during the summer in the afternoon if you need quietness, but we won't be returning.

It is conveniently located right across the street from TAMU's campus so most patrons were walking up, but they also offer a very small parking lot. I got to try the Kyoto cold brew, which tasted like a geisha coffee to me due to its fruity and floral nature. This will be my go to coffee drink next time I am visiting someone in cstat and a very pleasant surprise after what was described to me as a "stronger cold brew". The staff is quiet nice and as helpful as they can be. Restrooms were clean and just from my observing their open kitchen, their granola looked amazing.

Both drinks had really good flavors that impressed me. The kyoto tasted like a geisha coffee with vibrant floral notes. The iced aussie had a nice mix of lavender and oat milk that blended smoothly with the espresso. Excited to have found this gem in college station. It is also so close to campus and easily accessible for students. The service was quick and nice and there was enough seating inside to get work done. I think I also have good memories here because I watched Lando win the WDC while sipping on my coffee :)

It was a little warm out but was still manageable. Unfortunately, the drink menu was severely lacking right off the bat. They didn't even have basic latte or mocha options available and only had standard house blend coffee or cold brew. The food was equally disappointing. We ordered the lobster omelet and the smoked salmon Benedict. The sauce on the omelet was tasty at first but got very heavy as the meal went on. The Benedict was a huge letdown too! I knew from the menu that it didn't come with hollandaise sauce, but when the plate arrived, it looked totally bland and thrown together like a homemade meal. It is definitely not worth the $20 price tag after tax. To make matters worse, the breakfast potatoes were cooked more like small fries, which wasn't what I expect with brunch. Overall, it was an underwhelming experience, and I won't be returning.
