I did not want the pressure of a salesmen sitting there staring at me, asking me questions(which is exactly what he started off with asking about my truck). When I was asked to be left alone with my wife, I was told, "it's a $90,000 camper, no". I almost drop this much cash on a similar camper last week but needed to feel more sure. These campers depreciate fast. If they had a camper I was sure I liked, I'd come to them and ask questions and see if we could work out a deal. Instead, I'll never come to this place again. The salesman showed a lack of respect. Every other RV place I have ever been to has been very accommodating in checking out the RV's in peace. Maybe he made a judgement on me because I drove up in a Tesla? I'm not sure. This is the first time I ever had a salesmen not allow us to be alone in a RV with my wife to discuss the space and its uses. My wife is very unsure about such a small space, and I feel the need to show her what I like about the trade offs...without a 3rd parting stairing at us. So, just know that this place will not let you check out their stock without a chaperone. I guess it's like a sports car dealership asking you not to sit in the car. This place will not get any of my money willingly. Neither will Lance now by proxy.

We were on our way home to Colorado after a great Labor Day weekend at Lake Powell when we experienced a flat on our boat trailer. While removing the spare to replace the shredded tire, I noted that the valve stem had been broken somewhere between home and the lake. As I said earlier, it was Labor Day so we figured we were out of luck having any chance of finding help in such a rural area but we loaded up the shredded tire and the spare and headed into Hanksville, Utah to see if someone was open. We drove the eight miles back into town but even before we got there, we saw Kiteley's signs and pulled into their lot. Even before we pulled all the way into a parking space, Carolyn hopped off the front porch and met us in the lot asking, "How can we help you?" When I told her our plight, she said, "I've got LOTS of tires so come on in!" Apparently she noticed our kids in the truck because she left and then came back with ice cold bottles of water and snacks for the kids. WOW! Once the kids were taken care of Carolyn led us to the shop where her husband, Jeff, was working on repairing wheel bearings on the boat trailer of another unfortunate traveler. He came over and greeted us and said he'd get right on our tire problem so we could continue our trip home. I figured he meant as soon as he was done with the bearing job so I went back outside and prepared to wait for a while. To my immense surprise, he was back 15 minutes later telling us that we were all set! Now, you would figure that out in the middle of nowhere any service business could practice predatory pricing, especially on a holiday, but not here! Carolyn presented us with a tremendous surprise when she gave us the bill. It actually turned out to be LESS than I would likely have paid at home for a trailer tire and two new valve stems (BTW, Jeff used high quality steel stems!) Even as I write this weeks later, I am still in disbelief. We expressed our sincere gratitude to the Kiteley's (I recall telling Carolyn she was an angel!), the kids gave Carolyn hugs and we took pics of them with her, then we headed back to our boat that we left on the side of the road. After installing the new tire on our trailer and returning the spare to it's rack, we realized that our entire "ordeal" lasted less than an hour. It sometimes takes our kids longer than that to go to the bathroom and choose a snack when we make stops while traveling! Jeff and Carolyn Kiteley are two of the nicest most sincerely helpful people we have ever met and I cannot say enough about how much we appreciate their kindness and generous help and we HIGHLY recommend them! They literally turned what could have been a nightmare into a pleasant happenstance of our holiday weekend. You can bet we'll be telling everyone we know where to find help if they're ever in that area!

The mechanical work I've had done has needed to be redone each time, their staff appears to be untrained and uninterested in customer service. Posting.....yet again.....regarding repeated poor service experiences with Sundance Marine over the…read morecourse of several years. Unfortunately, this has become a pattern of negligence, poor communication, and failure to complete requested work despite significant inconvenience and travel on our part. Our experiences include the following: * Approximately five years ago, we were informed that servicing on our boat had been completed and that it was ready for pickup. We drove the 220 mile round-trip from home to retrieve the boat, only to discover upon arrival that the work had not even been started. This resulted in a completely wasted trip and substantial inconvenience with the need to return a few weeks later (at our expense of wear and tear on the car and the cost of diesel) * Approximately one year ago, the company misplaced our boat battery during servicing and also failed to complete all of the work that had been requested. This required additional follow-up and further inconvenience to address issues that should have been handled appropriately the first time. * Most recently, after uncovering our boat following winterization service this year, we discovered that the seat cushions that Sundance Marine were supposed to have reupholstered had never been placed back into the boat. After speaking with management, we were informed that no discount or accommodation would be provided, despite the company's oversight. Additionally, they are requiring US to drive another 220-mile round trip (at our expense of wear and tear on the car and the cost of diesel...I'm sensing a pattern) to retrieve the cushions that THEIR staff failed to return to the boat. While isolated mistakes can happen, these repeated incidents over multiple years demonstrate a concerning lack of quality control, accountability, and customer service. We have made repeated efforts to work with the company directly, but continue to experience incomplete work, misplaced property, poor communication, and significant unnecessary travel burdens. Do yourself a favor and get your boat serviced literally anywhere else.
