I was headed north from Santa Fe to Montana when the air conditioner and power steering in my Subaru went out near Wilson Arch and Hole in the Rock. It was early afternoon July 7th and already 103° and rising. I thought that maybe my summer trip was probably a bust. My car managed to make it the 20 miles to Moab, and I stopped at a gas station and asked the clerk inside if he knew any mechanics nearby. Fortunately for me, he sent me to Bryson Parriott. The sign out front of this old service station/garage says "Young". I pulled in front and was greeted right away by the young man who ended up saving my day and Montana trip. I popped the hood, and he immediatley spotted the problem: a broken idler pulley and serpentine belt. Bryson took less than an hour to have me up and running again for a reasonable price. I was hapoy to be driving up and out of Moab with my air conditoner working as the temperature was already 106°, and I camped at Barret's in Montana that night where it was 56°. We were referred to them by another car shop that was booked out for a long time, so we went to check them out. They were booked out even further than the other shop, but they went above and beyond to help us out as best as they could. Bryson let us come into their air conditioned office while they charged up our battery for about an hour so we could make it down the street and they corresponded with another shop to get the part we needed ordered. They even offered to drive us to a hotel and drive our car to where it needed to go in the morning. We declined and just walked because we didn't want to be a hassle. I offered to pay them for their troubles and kindness, but Bryson wouldn't take any money because he understood the rough situation we were in. SO grateful for them! We didn't even get work done by them, but they were knowledgeable and helpful. read more

We were on a road trip from southern CA to CO. Somewhere between Vegas and Moab we started leaking gear oil, soaking our rear wheel, brake assembly and making a huge mess. I'm looking at it and thinking the worst...was our rear differential shot and are we stranded? Not only is it spring break, but it's Jeep week in Moab, and hotels and auto shops are totally booked up. We lucked out on both. Parriott's Garage was able to diagnose and repair what turned out to be a deformed axle seal and have it done by the end of the day! Blew out an air shock on our JGC on the White Rim Trail. Limped in to Moab. Called the next morning, Parriott's got us in and on the lift right away. Determined the problem immediately. Unfortunately the small town didn't have a replacement shock, but these folks went the extra mile trying to make us whole. Five stars for customer service and effort. Would highly recommend. Definitely visiting them the next time we break our Jeep in Moab. read more

Bryson has always worked on my cars. I wouldn't take them anywhere else. From the Camaro to the Jeep, he always makes sure everything is working smoothly. In a small town, you learn very quickly (and sometimes the hard way) who you can trust and who you can't. Totally Amazing! I was towing with a Duramax Diesel and outside of Moab the transmission control module died. No way to tow in limp mode. Not to fear--Bryson was working and got on the repair right away! On a Saturday afternoon he got me in and worked late and got the truck running great! HONEST and SO TALENTED. We were on a road trip through Utah and Colorado, and our rental car had a burned out tail light. The guys at the Napa Auto store in Moab recommended Parriott's, and I'm glad they did. These guys are true mechanics who aren't afraid to weld things back together! Brought our 2015 F250 in for an exhaust repair at the height of the busy season and they reviewed the problem, squeezed us in for 30 minutes the following day, got it welded back in place in 15 minutes and charged us accordingly.
