But, I believe it is my duty to let people know what they are possibly facing if bringing their car in for a come back. Here is my story. A few months back I had some repair work done at this shop. It was to replace a egr pipe on the back of my sprinter engine. About 3 months later the same part broke again. Diagnosed by the mechanic I used in Portland. The cause? The middle bolts had not been attached by the previous mechanic. Because the bolts had been twisted off due to corrosion an some rust etc. Now, this is a regular occurence in auto repair. Bolts break all the time. But usually, when something like this happens, you present it to the customer. You give them the choice of finishing the job the short way, or the longer more complete way. None of these options were presented to me. The work was done cutting corners I didn't approve of, and in the long run, caused the failure of the part because it was not attached properly. Asking them about a warranty was an upward battle. Pro tip- if you ask about a warranty, and their answer is "depends, who is this?", You're about to head down a shitty road After they figured out who it was, a string of excuses rolled in - stuff like, "we don't know how you drive.", "You cancelled on an appointment once with us", "maybe that part was built to break" etc. The front end of their service is great when they're accepting your money. But standing by their work, you'll have to meet a tight rope standard before they will consider it.

I was riding with a friend who located Roger on a Google search. Roger did not have a new tire for my bike, but could repair it. A short time later, we found a tire in another town and my friend rode off on his bike to buy the tire. Meanwhile, I had set up a tow with AAA Auto Club and had to wait by the side of the road in the hot sun. A little over two hours later, no AAA tow had showed up, but my friend returned with the new tire. Subsequently, we got a message from AAA that they would not arrive until near 4 pm...a five hour wait! We called Roger back and he agreed to come pick up my bike on his own trailer. At his shop, the repair took about four hours because the Goldwing disassembly is complicated...but, Roger perservered. His work was precise and methodical. He got us back on the road by 5:30 pm and the bike runs and handles great. I nearly forgot to mention: we are from Southern California on a Colorado road tour and getting the bike fixed rapidly was very important. Roger came through for us. You won't go wrong by working with Roger. His middle name should be "service". Thanks, Roger!

A few weekends later I take it on the first break in run. I get to about 30 miles on the machine and the transmission blew up internally! My dad, daughter, and I were stranded in the desert for 2 hours and had to call a 4x4 recovery to come get the RZR. I take it to the local dealer and guess what they found? The transmission had zero fluid and was bone dry! All-Terrain signed a PDI saying everything was checked including all fluids but that is obviously a lie, just check marking off without inspecting. Also found the battery terminals were loose, missing bolts, warped door panels and also a warped skid plate. I let All-Terrain know about this and all they say is "Sorry that happened, take it to your local dealer and they will help you out" I am out $350 for my tow that never would have happened if they ACTUALLY checked all the fluids like they said they did. Also who knows how long I will be without my RZR for repairs that shouldn't have happened. Very unhappy with All-Terrain and I guarantee they could care less because they already got my $$$. I will update this review if they make things right for me.
