I took the afternoon off from work to accommodate my meeting with him and I took the time to have our documents ready. He never showed for our appointment and he did not return my phone messages. His unprofessionalism is frustrating and cost me half-a-day of work. Also, I would like to mention that we have had several other contractors who have arrived, on-time for bids, without a three hour arrival window. I can't speak to their quality of work, but I can guarantee you, that there are other local contractors who will be more respectful of your time.
