I can only rate on follow up. I reached out and received a text pretty quickly and got an estimate scheduled. So far so good on responsiveness. They then reached out to let me know they had to reschedule due to illness. No problem. I was flexible. They took my deposit (50% of total cost) in May for my rating and said I'd have my railing by September. They came out to take "final" measurements in August and said the railing was going into production "soon." I called numerous times to get a more specific timeline and never had my call returned. I called yet again and was told that the person who took my measurements no longer was with the company and that measurements had to be redone ---- the earliest time available was September! It seems that this is a small company (according to the young lady who answers the phone) and they contract for more business than they are able to handle. I asked for a refund of my deposit and was told that it would be coming. Three months after giving them a deposit I still don't have a railing and now must begin my shopping all over again. read more

I have to agree with Robert J. We contracted with Casey in May 2019 to build a handrail for our basement staircase. We live in a very small ranch home so this wasn't something difficult. Casey set the expectation to be completed in 3 months (Aug. 19) as they were busy. We were more than fine with this because we were under construction. After August came and went my husband heard tiring excuses one after the other. The calls were made one way from us to him. It is now November and still no railing. We started getting nervous that not only was he in over his head but we thought maybe they were having difficulties. When my husband asks for his a money back he said okay! Can you believes this. Absolutely no customer service, no follow through no truth. I never write reviews but I felt compelled due to the circumstances. We are 6 months out, the holidays are right around the corner and our stairwell is in the center of our home. This has been a danger factor not to mention it has held up carpeting and construction. The only good thing was that we got our money back. PHWEW! Go somewhere else please. read more
