New to the idea of using a storage unit, they assisted me and helped me decide how many units, which type of unit and even provided me with a lock for the 2 units I decided to store "my stuff" in. The staff was courteous and the best part is I got a live person on the phone when I made my initial inquiries! Moving day it was nice to know that my important items would be in a climate controlled area. The items that did not need climate control are contained within a building that actually seems pretty comfortable temperature wise as well. It helps knowing that my unit is within another building and that the door is not exposed outside. Provides a more secure environment. They even have a bathroom for customers that is clean!!!! Having the location close to work is an additional bonus, Now I just need to find that perfect house in Gainesville! Not excited about having rented here. The first month discount promotion, like many other…read morefacilities, was cool. Other than that, I hope they don't skip out on refunding me for the lock with keys provided to me. I've returned them. However, I do not like having a unit on a third floor; this made it difficult to move and store a two bedroom home. Very strenuous. Co trolled climate is a plus though. I don't like that there seemed to be an option for insurance which was passed over somehow, yet I was charged for it without consenting to it. A surprise on my bill. I searched my email too and found everything but that. Now comes extensive calls to customer service. Further more, for only having my unit since 12/2025, the price had increased ridiculously. What's the reason? I'll never know I guess. I received an email stating my new rate would change to $131 starting May 2026. The original rate was just $74. I'm not even sure if that new rate included the $20 insurance fee (which is the highest I've seen among 5 states thus far). If the new rate didn't include insurance, that still leaves a $37 price hike. Again, why? I just cleared out my unit this April (of 2026); that not even 6 months of using this facility let alone a year. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
