TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I took my Jeep in to get a…read moretrailer hitch installed. They called me several hours after dropping it off to say they could not complete the install due to a bolt they could not remove. When I went back to pick up there was no one around. I finally found the one employee out back on a forklift to come in and give me my keys back. When I started the Jeep it had a very noticeable rattle that was not previously there. When I told the employee about it she immediately had an attitude, luckily a very nice corporate uhaul employee had just walked in. He called the manager to come back in to check it out. The manager and the employee pulled it up on the ramp and then basically told me nothing they did would cause the exhaust to rattle & were very defensive about it. After about 10 mins of them telling me it wasn't there fault the manager shook my exhaust & a bolt they had not put back fell out. If they were nicer about the situation I wouldn't bother writing this review but they were beyond rude about it. The corporate employee was extremely nice & understanding. Without him being there I do not believe I would've been helped at all.

New to the idea of using a storage unit, they assisted me and helped me decide how many units, which type of unit and even provided me with a lock for the 2 units I decided to store "my stuff" in. The staff was courteous and the best part is I got a live person on the phone when I made my initial inquiries! Moving day it was nice to know that my important items would be in a climate controlled area. The items that did not need climate control are contained within a building that actually seems pretty comfortable temperature wise as well. It helps knowing that my unit is within another building and that the door is not exposed outside. Provides a more secure environment. They even have a bathroom for customers that is clean!!!! Having the location close to work is an additional bonus, Now I just need to find that perfect house in Gainesville! However, if you do not have that house yet and need a place to store your items, Bradford St Self Storage is the place in Gainesville, GA to use. Yes, Bradford ST.
