The property is secure and the facility is clean. Now the office is run with virtual computers set up by Reliant Mangement and customer service no longer exists. They are absolutely horrible. I would be extremely cautious in giving them any credit card or debit card information for auto payment as they are now streamlining cash from their customers by issuing you an invoice for one amount and charging your credit card a higher amount. Of course you cannot speak to any management because they are busy hiding behind their cameras and email system. I would also be aware when renting any unit as they will give you one price and then two months later substantially increase your monthly amount.

I completed the entire lease process online, including signing all documents. I had no sooner finished the lease purchase when I received a phone call from Sarah confirming my reservation. Sarah has communicated expectations, and I have set up auto-pay to ensure my payment is made regardless of what other things I have ongoing each month. The auto-pay feature offers a great piece of mind. I feel like this location is as secure as possible with the installed gate, cameras, and lighting. No location, including your backyard, guarantees security, but this is why I carry full coverage on my investment and list FreeUp Storage as an interested party. After a month of leasing from FreeUp, I am confident in posting a five-star review of my experience. When I inquired about the 7x10 the manager, Lonnie, quoted me $105 for a 3rd floor unit. After inquiring about a ground floor, Lonnie quoted the monthly rental was $120. I then told Lonnie that online it was listed at $84.00 a month and why the discrepancy? All I received from Lonnie was a song and dance, and a sense of Lonnie trying to inflate the fees and take advantage of customers. No thank you! I took my business elsewhere!
