They told me it was best to go on auto draft and just pay it month to month. Month 4 they increased my rent for $56 to $112. They Doubled the rent. I called up and they said they couldn't do anything about it that month and they had sent a post card that was folded up in the mail that I never received. Never got a call, text, email about the 100% increase. After speaking with them they said that they lowered it to $76. They act like they have saved me $36 a month but what they really did was increase me $20 a month. Then they say it's in the agreement there allowed to do that. Never mentioned anything to about that. To recap...this storage place is a scam. They get you on direct deposit and take out more and more money every month. It's really just theft. planning on moving my stuff out to a different storage unit this month and a better place that doesn't steal money out of my bank account.

I verified this by calling one 800 number There's nothing they can do. I have to come back out.
