I called 2 other companies for a quote, one got back to me in 2 days and the other in less than 24 hours. Makes me wonder how long it would take if they did the work.

They were eager to tear things apart and not put them back together as they said they would.. they tore down the cover over the basement and decided that they could not put that cover back again and did not refund me the amount that they charged me to put it up. I prepaid, living out of town. I came back to check it out assuming( " ") they had done the work. With all the five stars they get, I anchored on that. Being born a raised in Jackson I was not expecting that. They also tore apart the front of the house and was supposed to get an engineer to rebuild it and they waited so long that I hired a contractor to put it back.. very disappointed on a Mullins family business. So we had to turn the water off inside. Aspen sent a wonderful young man to the house and he fixed the problem very quickly. He replaced the outside faucet and put a separate shut off valve inside so if anything happens again we won't have to shut ALL the water off. The ONLY reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because it was expensive compared to other places. We had a $99 service fee plus $225 to replace the faucet and add the shut off valves. But it was after 5pm and it was a last minute issue. Regardless the service was OUTSTANDING!

Awful experience. Discussed with them prior to the…read morecontract what we wanted done. They brought a vague contract pricing out all the work, which we assumed was everything we had asked for. This was after it took them about a month to even get started. We secured financing for the work, but when the work started, a number of things we had discussed weren't what they were doing at all. We had discussed a jacuzzi style tub with jets and wiring going into the wall with that, and that is not the tub that we got. They offered to replace it, but of course, that was going to cost more. We asked to have a plumbing leak inspected and fixed in another bathroom, that we were then told we understood would be covered in the contract and financing that we had secured. Once work began, suddenly that was going to cost us more. What should have been a 2 week project at most that we called in June to have fixed, I'm writing on October 4th, and after waiting for 2 days being told the painter will "be there today" and holding my daily plans for that, finally he showed on the 3rd day. Now I'm left with an unfinished wall in the room they were projected to work on, and a gaping hole in my bathroom wall upstairs because as a disabled veteran on a fixed income that had secured financing for everything, I can't suddenly handle the surprise charges like putting the wall back together where they cut it out, despite a detailed discussion prior to the start of work that they would build an access panel into that wall. If you have work you need to get done, you're better off holding your pipes together and hoping the hard water we get locally leaves behind enough residue to eventually patch the leak itself than hiring these guys. Would not do business with again.

We made an appointment to get an estimate. A knowledgeable member of the Steele Team arrived on schedule and reviewed our options. A few days later we received the estimate, one that was lower than an earlier estimate we had received from a competitor, and we approved the job. The following week the installation crew arrived and put in the Breeze 33 system, including the air conditioning unit, 8 ducts strategically positioned in bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas, an air handler (installed in the hallway ceiling), and the outdoor unit behind the house. The crew was excellent and got the job done in a single day. They meticulously cleaned up after themselves -- actually, they did better than that, vacuuming the stairway cleaner than it was before they came and repositioning personal items in rooms that might be impacted by falling dust from the drilling. Our experience was great. Now we're set for whatever inferno this summer has in store for us. Highly recommended!
