We had an after hour emergency at my elderly father's house and needed a plumber. The water was on…read moreto the outside faucet and when we tried to turn it off the handle broke. So we had to turn the water off inside. Aspen sent a wonderful young man to the house and he fixed the problem very quickly. He replaced the outside faucet and put a separate shut off valve inside so if anything happens again we won't have to shut ALL the water off. The ONLY reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because it was expensive compared to other places. We had a $99 service fee plus $225 to replace the faucet and add the shut off valves. But it was after 5pm and it was a last minute issue. Regardless the service was OUTSTANDING!

This was after it took them about a month to even get started. We secured financing for the work, but when the work started, a number of things we had discussed weren't what they were doing at all. We had discussed a jacuzzi style tub with jets and wiring going into the wall with that, and that is not the tub that we got. They offered to replace it, but of course, that was going to cost more. We asked to have a plumbing leak inspected and fixed in another bathroom, that we were then told we understood would be covered in the contract and financing that we had secured. Once work began, suddenly that was going to cost us more. What should have been a 2 week project at most that we called in June to have fixed, I'm writing on October 4th, and after waiting for 2 days being told the painter will "be there today" and holding my daily plans for that, finally he showed on the 3rd day. Now I'm left with an unfinished wall in the room they were projected to work on, and a gaping hole in my bathroom wall upstairs because as a disabled veteran on a fixed income that had secured financing for everything, I can't suddenly handle the surprise charges like putting the wall back together where they cut it out, despite a detailed discussion prior to the start of work that they would build an access panel into that wall. If you have work you need to get done, you're better off holding your pipes together and hoping the hard water we get locally leaves behind enough residue to eventually patch the leak itself than hiring these guys. Would not do business with again.

It was so stress-free even my cat didn't freak out. He just stayed on the other end of the house and chilled. LOL We had an entire remodel done (walk-in tiled shower, new double vanity [which replaced the single], new toilet, and linen cabinet. We also replaced the vinyl tile with ceramic, replaced the bathroom door with a larger 32 in. door (which required Tom to widen and reframe the doorway), replaced all of the drywall and changed the entire floor plan (which required Tom to replumb the toilet). We couldn't be more pleased with our new bathroom. Tom even installed some handy grab bars for my aging mother to use, a nice tiled bench for her to sit on while showering, and mounted a convenient shower dispenser/caddy for me to eliminate all the bottles of shampoo/shower gel and also has a handy mirror and a place to put my shaving cream and hang my shower sponges. The plumber was unable to fix this, but gave me the phone number to Thomas Sewer Service to have it fixed. I put it off for several weeks purely due to procrastination, but finally got around to calling around 2 pm today since I had the day off work. It was barely over an hour from the time I called to when they arrived, which blew me away! I would have called way sooner if I had known it would be this easy! They brought it some kind of machine and had the clog totally cleared within 15 minutes, and didn't even need to do anything other than take apart the pipes under the sink to access what they needed. It was $130 which was steeper than I had hoped, but after some experiences we've had with other repair-type services since we've moved in, it was well worth the price for the convenience and ease of working with this company. We will absolutely call them again if we ever need similar services in the future.
