I was in and out of the office within three minutes of arriving. The gentleman that lead me to my unit was also very nice and courteous. I really want to highlight that this facility was very clean no evidence of rats or roaches at all. I would highly recommend this facility for that reason alone and as an additive or an extra bonus, the staff was awesome too.

I had a unit here for a little over a year and had no issues. All of my belongings stayed dry, clean, relatively dust free, and there were absolutely no pests or bugs anywhere in my unit. The property was secure and well kept also. I have not had a storage unit prior to this one, so I'm not sure what the prices usually are, but I got a discount when I first got my unit for paying for multiple months up front. The last couple months that I needed to pay for were the normal pricing and it was a little expensive, but I believe other places would cost more. I highly recommend this place and would definitely use it again in the future if I ever need to store items again!

Honest Experience - Saved By Sierra This month when I…read morecalled to make my payment I had an extremely frustrating interaction with the on-site manager, John, who was rude, condescending, and even hung up on me while I was trying to make a payment. Fortunately, Sierra from corporate reached out after I raised concerns. They were very kind, professional, and apologetic, and helped us mediate the issue. That effort and understanding meant a lot and helped turn the situation around. I hope the company can kind John a different role that does not require him to interact with customers.

He then agrees to a pay and vacate so I had to have my belongings all out by 5 next day. I almost had everything out asked for a lil more time he calls cops on me and now I keep trying to get a hold of him to please let me pay to get rest of my stuff out but won't respond. Also nobody should be living there and I pointed out to him people living in there motor homes on property he acted surprised he's probably making side $.

Lol more so we stored his things in it. We had a smaller size, he didnt have massive furniture except a China cabinet. We paid roughly $55 bucks a month. They have security and a lady on site 24 hours. She is super awesome. There were moments we were late cause of our pay weeks but she was amazing about it. I think we had the storage unit for maybe a half a year to a year. They tend to have deals all round. The place is well cleaned. The elevator they had that we used seemed a bit sketchy. Like I didn't want to over load it with muliple stuff cause I felt it wouldnt work. We ended up going with this location because it was literally next door to us. Convenient and affordable.

If you want your personal items to be safe, DO NOT RENT A UNIT AT THIS FACILITY!!!…read moreThere have been at least 5 burglaries since October 2024, you can verify this at https://communitycrimemap.com/ The advertised individual unit alarms do not appear to be functional (they are supposed to sound if someone accesses your unit and you are not keyed onto the premises...). Furthermore, there are NO cameras in the halls of the non-climate controlled area, making it extremely easy for thieves to conceal their actions. In the case of the burglary to my unit, Management and Police have been unhelpful so far. Avoid all of the time and money spent getting your stuff back and rent elsewhere, at least at a place with cameras inside the facility.

The only negative thing I have to say is beware of the requirement to provide a 30 day notice before you decide to empty your storage. All of the other storage facilities that I've used didn't require a 30 day notice. So when I went into the office to close my account, I was asked if I gave my 30 day notice. As she asked that, I vaguely remembered going over that when signing the contract with them. It was definitely my fault. I just want to warn people so they don't make the same mistake, because they will charge you an extra month. So I'm paying for a unit that I'm not even using. Other than that, this place is pretty good.
