We have one of the climate controlled units. Signing up and getting a unit was easy as pie. Friendly customer service. To enter the facility, you'll need a code to go through the gate. I like that extra security. You'll also need a code to enter the building where the climate controlled units are, and of course, you'll need a lock for your unit. Once you've got your units and have the codes, you can access your unit 24/7/365. Hopefully, we won't have to have a unit more than a couple more months. Since we moved, we're still going through things and just needed some extra storage so our house isn't cluttered. If you're looking for storage in this area of town, I highly recommend Dunn Ave Storage.

It didn't pan out the first time, because I was missing some key pieces of info, but Tenia and (sorry, I can't remember the other associate) another CubeSmart associate got me set up in the system, so when everything was transferred over properly, I'd be good to go. The main office section of CubeSmart is clean. They even have a coffee maker at the front of the store, so if you're in need of caffeine, you can get some prior to going to your storage unit. The second visit was much better. I entered through the main office, saw Tenia, and she quickly answered my questions and even personally showed me where the storage unit was located. All-in-all this was a pleasant experience, but the CubeSmart associates pulled out all the customer service stops. Thanks!

He was very friendly and welcoming, and eager to give a tour of the facility and the available units that they currently offer. I was able to sign up and get my storage unit with all of the goodies that they offer in less than 30 minutes.
