The unit is clean and works great for our needs. However, we have had some issues with billing, but has since been corrected.

Please be aware of this location before renting. Consider yourself lucky if you're able to speak with someone who communicates clearly, listens to your concerns, and actually attempts to help rather than talking over you and arguing about irrelevant issues. Calling these individuals "property managers" is honestly a joke. The customer service at this facility has been extremely disappointing. One of the biggest issues is their billing policy. If you move out on the 1st of the month, you are still responsible for the entire month's rent. In our situation, we needed to move out at the very beginning of the month, and despite only needing the unit for two additional days, we were told we would have to pay for the entire month. What makes this even more frustrating is that Public Storage is able to prorate rent when you move in, but apparently refuses to do the same when you move out. The response of "I would if I could" is not a reasonable solution. We're talking about two days -- a Sunday and a Monday. If the unit can immediately be rented to another customer once the lock is removed, it is incredibly frustrating to be charged for an entire month when the company can potentially begin collecting rent from another customer. And the issues don't stop there. The reservation process has been incredibly disorganized, and the price increases are absolutely ridiculous. For a company charging customers hundreds of dollars a month, I expect a basic level of organization, transparency, and customer service. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. Three units. Approximately $600 a month. And still, the customer service has been extremely disappointing. Public Storage, thanks for nothing.
