Entry can be accessed 6am-10pm via use of a downloaded App OR a gate keypad code. Access to the non-airconditioned units is easy by car or truck and room is provided for a moving van to pull in to be loaded or unloaded. Rental costs, & optional insurance are quite reasonably priced, as are the sturdy locks which are available for optional purchase. Online rental is available, but then you would miss out on pleasant interaction with the folks in the on-site office!

The gentleman up front Jim, is super friendly and was informative on everything. He went out of his way to show me the ins and outs of using the locks and told me about all the amenities they have, WiFi, 24 hour access, power outlets. He answered all my questions before I even asked. If your like me, you want an easy going move in, but also want the man up front to be professional and informative. And it was guys. Super easy and after this long week I appreciate it more then they know. The front office was clean, organized and felt welcoming. The grounds are in great shape, no trash lying around, no pot holes or any debris anywhere. The storage unit itself was in great shape, it is clean and well maintained. I been to a few storage units where you get there and it's dirty on the inside. This is actually one of the only outdoor storage units I've had that is in this good of shape. At this point I have no complaints and I couldn't find something wrong if I tried. If you are looking for a nice clean storage unit with an awesome gate keeper, this is it folks! Every single item I had, all of my belongings, boxes, and so on... every one of my personal effects (some boxes were opened since I had needed some items) was *covered* in a layer of soot. When I reached out to the front desk, an exec wrote back that there was nothing they can do. No cleaning; they won't move my stuff; and no partial refund.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. Lila this manager is the worse manager ever. I rent from Stor it at 2…read morelocations. One for my trailer and that location is amazing. The manager is so nice and will do anything to help. Then I rent at Ten Mile 2 location, it is absolutely horrible. Rent is due on the 1st you get a grace period until the 14th and then late fee is applied on the 15th. They will lock you out of your unit if not paid by the 15th. When you call and speak to Lila she is dumb as a box of rocks. She can not give you a date when you will be locked out. Is it on the 15th of the month if rent is not paid, is it 30 days late, is it 60 days late, what is it? She the manager cannot answer this question. How does a person running this facility not know the answer. Her response is you need to refer to the contract, ridiculous! I agree with other reviews the customer service is horrible at this location. GO TO A DIFFERENT STOR IT. TEN MILE 2 LOCATION IS HORRIBLE.
