OneRelo Worldwide: Spokane was the sub-sub-sub contracted agent of United Van Lines assigned to handle my move from Spokane to Seattle. Terri , the Relocation Coordinator assigned to military moves, was outstanding. I have nothing unpleasant to say about her communication, availability, and knowledge. I take issue with Jim, the experienced estimator, for not properly assessing my very large, very heavy, granite dining table. He did not deem it necessary to crate, which I believe directly correlated to the multitude of damage the table sustained. He also estimated 1 day for pack-up and load-out. It ended up being 2 full days. Steve and Larry were the 2 gentlemen assigned to pack and load-out my household goods. Steve seemed to be the Team Lead and Larry did his best. Both were pleasant and courteous, but it did strike me how seasoned they were. Everything just seemed to move a little slower than any moving team I've dealt with before. They each, separately, commented on how strange it was that the dining table wasn't getting crated. So they wrapped it in one moving blanket and wrestled it away. Day 1 they arrived at 1030 and departed, rather abruptly, at 3pm. Day 2 they arrived around 8am and stayed until ~4pm. At the end of the second day, they were both so tired/rushed to depart, that they left my loveseat and several other items in a bin, in the building's elevator. I had to call Steve (glad I had his cell #) and ask them to turn around and pick up the rest of my stuff. Prior to delivery, I reached out to Terri to ENSURE that more than 2 older gentlemen were assigned to deliver and unpack. Steve returned and OneRelo did coordinate to have 2 younger guys help move everything. BUT. They had to pay for street parking (local help) and that created their own, self-imposed, 2hr time limit. Steve stayed downstairs at the truck to unload and direct, while the 2 younger guys hustled back and forth. One of the local guys was immensely rude: he'd bring items in, bark "WHERE?!?" and then drop it. He also would not pass me the Item Number, so I had to find that afterwards. Steve released the younger gentlemen after paying them cash, and then proceeded to do the full rebuild & unpack himself. He said he was obligated to unpack boxes, not find a place for everything, so multiple boxes worth of stuff got piled up on the guest bed. He was in such a rush that he stripped furniture screws and even tried to fix the bookshelf backing that got torn off without asking first. Then he was upset that I claimed that damage on delivery. Steve was at our apartment until well past 5pm and we were genuinely concerned for his health - having seen him work right through lunch and barely have anything to drink all day. The services provided at our destination, such as the care, courtesy, attitude of the crew, unloading, and unpacking, were unsatisfactory. This is the first move where items were genuinely lost. 3 bed slats on the guest bed never made it from Spokane. And after excavating the pile o' stuff on the guest bed, I identified that an art piece was also missing (no doubt at the bottom of a wardrobe box that Steve missed in his haste). I will also say that everything was handled with a carelessness that I have never seen before. Very few items were genuinely broken, but most of our items were damaged. The packing and the unpacking were helter-skelter and reckless.

    if your moving do your self a favor and do not chose this company they are the worst company the…read morequote you one thing and then charge you another in the states of Washington they are hourly and the movers will drag out the move for hours and even want you to buy them food. the fact that it took 10 an a half hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment is crazy and at that point they had my stuff in the truck being held hostage. so you can't say anything because you may not get your furniture. i was quote 6 hrs for the total move now i did have them move a few boxes and a 3 piece patio table but we are saying that about 15 boxes took an extra 4 hour. the movers just complained the whole time that my furniture is heavy. well hello that is why im paying someone to move it. and mind you they did not move everything just the boxes and furniture. the owner said he would call me but never did instead sends an email explaining that they are not going to refund any of my money that i paid what was quote at 800.00 and then i paid 1700.00 your paying for the movers to be on there phone the whole time. this company is the worst and i have moved all over the us and have never been treated like this before and moved the same furniture from san diego ca to liberty lake wa and paid 4300.00 and it only took 2 guys 3 hrs to unload it and set it up i had to set up my beds because they were so incompetent and slow i have know idea what that would have cost. beware of using them Tami W

    Imagine... if you will: you call this company from another…read morestate to make an appointment to unload a 26 foot Uhaul truck. You inform this company you are disabled and have one arm in a sling from surgery on a torn rotator cuff. The appointment was set for a certain time on a certain date. You arrive the night before at a hotel in the move to town and call(during regular business hours) to confirm the appointment. All is set and confirmed. You remind them that you can not lift a thing and that you had surgery 3 weeks prior on a torn rotator cuff. They reassured that they would be there. The next morning, you arrive 20 minutes early to the new home. Wait...wait...wait more. 5 minutes after the show time, you call. It immediately goes to voicemail. You wait 10 minutes and call again...voicemail. ok this might happen. You wait 10 more minutes and call again...VOICEMAIL AGAIN. This goes on for 2-3 more times....voicemail. Now, you realize they are avoiding you. They let down a handicapped client! REALLY! So, now I call other local moving companies to get a last minute hire, and they want up to 4x standard rates. I really can't afford that. So, I took off my sling and joined in with my helper. We got the job don, but it took us twice as long to get the job done. Now, when I get home, I have to go back to my doctor as I think I re-tore my rotator cuff. IF I COULD, I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A MINUS 5. They should rename their company to "-5 star moving". !!! I found out the delivery company didn't carry it up the stairs for me oops! I called around because I've never had to use a moving company before, I came across... Moovit or Loozit Moving!! I called told them, told Philip what my dilemma was and he said no problem. They would let me know when a time would be that they could make it out. It was short notice, I just looked down the three flights of stairs and thought oh my goodness what have I done? seem like it was planned out too well for me. It took Justin and Trent 35 minutes to bring my bed up and they even set it up for me. I truly would recommend this company again. They were great to work with!!! Justin and Trent they cleaned up after themselves with all my boxes, took them to the dumpster for me. I felt blessed that they were so kind. Thank you I definitely recommend them and they were affordable for what I needed.

They got every last piece into our truck (I should've reserved a larger one) and nothing was broken upon arrival. Phillip also drove the truck through "sailboat weather" and heavy downpour while in the pass, massive shoutout to him for braving it. Due to traffic, we were late to meet our west side movers so I scrambled to find another set of guys to unload. Phillip went through his contacts and managed to find a crew on such short notice (bless you Phillip). Working with Moovit or Loozit was the easiest part of the move! Please hire them for your next move, you will not regret it!!

    Be prepared to be stood up and/or forfeit whatever funds are paid…read more I don't know Marina Mendez, but I believe every word of the one star review she left for this business on Google. Apparently she had a similar experience. Was subjected to falsehoods to over and over again. No shows several times. I am handicapped and they left me stranded without a safe place to sleep for x4 nights. Scrambled trying to find other people who could help at the last minute, including my landlords, due to negligence by Quality Moving, and being new to the area. Here's what you can count on from Quality Moving, with screenshot evidence multiple falsehoods multiple no shows inability and/or refusal to follow instructions or directions zero respect for belongings damage to property that you will not be reimbursed for as promised Matt is the owner. Any conversations had with him will be forgotten while the conversation is happening. He will ask the same questions 4-5 times. The next day, it will be as if the conversation never occurred, and he will ask the same questions again, multiple times. Sending text messages for clarification won't help. Any text messages, photos, or other documentation sent to Matt has a better chance of being seen by aliens in the far reaches of outer space. Matt was hired to help with a few simple tasks in my home: put together a basic chair, set up an adjustable bed, and help cut up some oversized cardboard boxes so that they would fit into the recycling. A moving company was needed as they often work in pairs, and setting up the adjustable base was a 2 person job. Got a quote from a different moving company that was significantly more than Matt's quote of $100, so Matt was the first choice because of the low price. Here's a list of the numerous falsehoods Matt told, supported with screenshot evidence: Matt said he would call early in the morning to set up an arrival time. He called at roughly 4:15 pm. Claimed he was being considerate, "letting me nap", but this was just a cover for the no call no show. Matt said he would call the next day at noon, and would arrive whenever I requested. He called at roughly 3pm and said, "We're coming over right now". Matt previously said he was going to come with his nephew, and without letting me know, x2 different men were sent who didn't identify themselves. Their identities weren't revealed until they had been in my home for 10-15 minutes. Joshua and his younger helper knocked over nearly a gallon of water for my CPAP machine that was next to my bed. It was in a locked pitcher. The corner of the pitcher broke when it fell, resulting in water everywhere. The rug and floor were saturated, in addition to my mattress that they placed on the floor. They claimed they cleaned it up, and I believed them. Called them about 2 minutes after they departed and asked them to come back due to water still being everywhere. They came back and tried to clean up all of the water, but were unable to, as everything was still completely saturated after their 2nd attempt at cleanup. The correct bed risers were ordered, but were installed incorrectly, rendering the bed unsafe to sleep on. Padding on top of risers was supposed to be removed pre-installation. This was on the product page, and also in the half page instruction pamphlet included with the risers, which they refused to read. Risers were about an inch too tall, so I ordered some shorter 2 inch ones that Matt promised to swap out, and never did. He never came to my home to make things right as promised. I still have yet to see or meet Matt in person. Matt said he would come by to adjust the 3 inch risers installed by his crew, so that the bed would be safe to sleep on in the meantime. He said he would also check the underside of the mattress to see if it was wet. No call, no text, and no show. Matt said he would replace the broken pitcher with a new one and bring it with him when he came over to swap out the shorter risers I purchased. No call, no text, and no show. The excuse Matt gave for the falsehoods and no shows was a breakup with his GF. If you chose to hire these people, they need to be watched like hawks at all times, and DO NOT TIP until you closely inspect their work. I tipped them $50 without checking their work first, trusting that they had done a good job, which was a huge mistake. I had to hire a contractor to fix the problems they created, resulting in a total loss of about $300 so far. REPLY TO OWNER'S RESPONSE: Everything that was said in your response was a complete fabrication. Please provide proof of your claims. I have provided proof, where's yours?

    I had a move schedule with Matt and this so called company that claim to be a professional moving…read morecompany here in Spokane. Well I can tell you a person gets exactly what they pay for. Confirmed my appointment the night before with Matt the owner and it was all confirmed and told me he had my move all scheduled and everything would be all good and the crew would be there at 9. The morning of the move arrived and 9 nobody. I was patient and waited until 9:20 and called Matt and nothing. Goes to a voicemail box that was full. Called another 10 or 15 times and nothing. Texted another ten times and no response. Then called the moving business telephone number and nothing leave a message and we will call you back. Finally, at 10:20, I got a phone call from one of his people who informed me that the truck had broke down and his crew were trying to call him but he wasn't answering because he was at work. Couldn't have somebody from the crew call me or text me to tell me hey the truck broke down. Well, fortunately the College Hunks came through and saved the day. I really have to tell you is take this review as a caution if you use them and if you want to save your sanity then, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Unless you like to deal with amateur hour. All I can say is I am glad I hadn't given any money to them.

    This is long overdue as I had every intention to write a review much sooner. The last year has been…read morea whirlwind! We moved from Seattle and lived with our daughter and her family for the last 10 months while looking for a house! We found a beautiful home and spent a few weeks doing some cosmetic work to it before moving in. Then, in the middle of it all, we went on a Trek in Ireland for 2 weeks (it had been booked 9 months previous so we couldn't reschedule). By the time we reached this point, we were definitely tired and so thankful that we had hired movers to help us move into the house (we are just getting too old to want to do this ourselves ). We hired Away We Go Moving and were completely 100% satisfied and impressed! On the day of the move, Mark and Steve arrived on time, actually a bit early. They were friendly, polite, professional, and eager to get started. Originally, we thought it would be a two-day move because they were not able to start earlier because of another move they had in the morning. My husband and I gave directions on where to place boxes and furniture, and Markies and Steve worked quickly, yet carefully, with our belongings. I can't say enough good things about this moving company and about Markies and Steve. I also believe that their pricing was extremely reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend Away We Go Moving for any type of move, big or small! They are the kind of company and people that I want to do business with!
