I had two storage units at this facility. The climate controlled ones are great. Clean and easy to use and get to. Also had two outdoor units and they were problem-free. After one year of having all my items in the units here, everything came out just as I had placed it in there. Zero issues. All items kept safe n' sound. If I ever need storage again, I will certainly go here! Hope to never need it again though. 5++++ stars!!

And as expected, call was immediately answered by a live agent in Customer Service, where again, I left a message requesting a callback from the Ajax location to call me. Message was delivered Thursday June 18 approx 2pm. Will update when I receive my callback.

When we terminated our office unit they charged $50 for 4 pinholes on the wall, and restricted access to the locker until they get the payment. Absolutely terrible premises. Beware!!!

They also have super limited office hours on Sunday (which is when I had to go), and with the fact that I had already unloaded everything I couldn't leave it open to go find a reasonably priced lock elsewhere. Of course the manager didn't tell me that the gate was open until 10 p.m., so I thought I only had till 2pm (it was 1:45pm). They also don't insure your stuff, you have to pay extra for that (what???). And guess what! There's more hidden fees. You also have to pay a $25 "administration fee". Such nonsense.
