Cost & Value: So we tried to look for a storage facility for a few days and got some pricing all over the area. This place certainly has reasonable prices. Not the very lowest but not the very highest. In terms of 'value' for the money though, this place, from our own research, had the best. The lowest priced places has facilities that reflect they are the lowest price. Courteous, friendly, and professional conduct I spoke to at least 2 different individuals if not all three that work there. One was a male, another a female, and perhaps one more female. They were all very polite and professional yet friendly and human just like as if your brother or close friend worked there. I trust these people and i don't trust too many people in sales or business especially in the "move & storage' businesses and that comes from experience. I find with movers and storage, no matter what price you pay, it's still all about the facilities and most importantly the management. LEANNE, DAVE, AND KRISTINA were all amazing. They sat there and answered EVERY question i had and did not get annoyed or tired of answering all of my very important question. They explained EVERYTHING to me and were there to help with anything and everything and did do that when a couple issues that had to do with the movers dropping the ball. But best of all while i was in the office or anytime i called they made me feel welcome and able to ask anything no matter if it was 100 questions. I like Leanna, Dave, and Kristina personally as well as professionally. Well done guys! And well done for your HR to hire you guys!! I am in month one but so far so good. While i know there is plenty of opportunity for things to go wrong, and if they do i will come back here and change my review to reflect that. Thank you to Leanne and Kristina (can't remember which i met but one of them was soooooo helpful she should teach customer service to businesses ... i don't think i met a second female but i may have when i first came in for information and if i did all i remember is that she would have be super nice too as any female i met that works there was excellent! Dave is also amazing! He helped answer all my questions in an honest way and not just to the benefit of the company he worked for but genuinely for what is best for me. He gave me soooo many useful tips and ways to make storage life easier! All in all, so far after month one, it's been flawless and one of the few categories in my move that went perfectly smoothly and did not add to more problems but instead they were the solutions to problems as the way it should be!! Amazing job (so far) guys! Thank you for caring enough about your job and being ethical but more importantly thank you for being a human being like the customers are and being a moral one. Great job (so far) ladies and gentleman. Please keep up the good work as i do not want to come back here and have to update this and be embarrassed for being wrong. I walked into storage mart on the day that I needed a unit to store my entire life into after a breakup. Alan was the man that I dealt with. He was very busy because he was working alone and even though he was busy he patiently took the time to tell me about the units and the prices. Alan took me on the golf cart to look at a unit and asked me if I minded waiting while he put a lock on a unit that was located directly across from mine. Not realizing how close it was, because I was so preoccupied, I told Alan that I would walk back. He said "No, no, I will come back after," I told him that I would wait. He literally walked less than 15 feet and put a lock on another unit. That is a gentleman!!! I believe Alan sensed that I was having a tough day and before I left he shared a personal story with me which brought a little light to my day. The facility is clean and organized. The staff is very pleasant. My only issue is that there was no unloading dock and no trolleys like there was supposed to be. I asked at the front desk after two full trips and was told they didnt know what building the trolleys were in and if I was making a third trip they would try to locate one for me. I was done for the day and a little bit upset that I had to carry my stuff and or use an abandon grocery cart to help get stuff to my unit. I'll know next time to buy my own trolley. I tried to call ahead on the 1800 number but got disconnected. I called the actual facility no one answered. I tried again the 1800 and just got a message machine. So I just drove over and dealt with what I had to do. read more

I needed a large storage unit in a hurry, Cody at this location helped me. He is knowledgeable, knows his units and what is available in his head, he picked a unit that was accessible and we quickly did all the paperwork. Every time I go into the unit, he will always come out and say "hi" and ask if there is anything that I need. I also needed temporary / short term storage for a trailer and he was able to accommodate me in this matter as well. Christina (?) is just as helpful and both are polite, helpful and they take the stress away. Great staff who have learned what "Customer Service" really means. It's too bad that I no longer need the space....you don't get service like this anymore. read more

What a helpful and friendlly staff. Cody has gone out of his way to help me, be it a door I could not open or a stuck lock that needed his strength. It is very clean both outside and inside the lockers. Christina has helped us with several spaces and is always accommodating. Whether a heated or non heated locker I would hightly recommend this location. read more
