***DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE*** I booked my move for Aug 30 over 3 weeks in advance. I paid my $100 deposit, was told everything was good to go. The following week I received a call from the company asking if they could do my move on Sept 2 instead. They were told NO, my moving date was firm. The night before my move I was speaking to them, and was reassured everything was fine and "good to go" for the move in the morning. 9 AM the next morning I received a call from them asking if they could move me the next day instead due to a lack of a truck (they claimed it broke down and that there were no others available). Once again I told them, NO you booked with me for TODAY, I am moving, TODAY. They reassured me they would try to find me a truck and call me back within an hour. By 10 AM, I had indeed not received a phone call from them, and so I ended up calling around and making other arrangements. Thankfully I was able to find the assistance I needed elsewhere and completed my move. 8:30 PM, All Canada Van Lines finally called me back. I was tired and angry so I let it go to voicemail. The next morning I received another call from them, this time I answered. I told them that I had been forced to use an alternate company to complete my move and that I wanted my deposit refunded. I also reminded them that when someone books a move for a certain date, it isn't like other appointments that can be rescheduled on a whim. Ending a tenancy doesn't work like that. All the caller could say was "I'm sorry Ma'am". I have since contacted them 3 times about my deposit, with no response. read more

The company acted ************ as they never fulfilled the contract. They sub-contract some one who showed 4 hours later than the time was set up. Moved my stuff 11:30pm. What a hassle *** **** *******... They under-estimated the size of truck to handle all of the household goods and brought ****** rented small truck. had to makje three trips due to size of the vehicle. Movers did not place items in appropriate way and damaged my floor when they were rushig out. I paid for three guys and one guy left earlier but they insist me to pay for all three and said they will not off load until I pay. None of the furniture was re-assembled as per direction from the Supervisor. ON top of all, No One contacted from the company representatives after the experience and complaints. I would never use this company in future and not recommened to any one. read more

Horrible service, false advertising. Showed up in a Uhaul, no uniforms. Left about $2000 worth of property behind and didn't come back. When we received our stuff 3 days late there was $197,800 damaged and missing property. Example: took a box off the truck and everything fell out of the bottom because the boxes were all beat up! read more

I had mixed experienc. The driver who picked up and delivered stuff along with helper man and ere very nice. But the purchase and dispatch team members were not nice. Didn't give me accurate information and correct estimated date of delivery. That caused a lot of anxiety and uncertainty. I wish they had tracking system and good communication. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Our belongings arrived 4 days late. They never communicated one time, we had to keep calling for updates, no apologies, no explanations. We were lied to about the weight of our items, they are trying to overcharge us thousands of dollars. Once they have your belongings they will tell you to send them more money to get the delivery moving. The invoice keeps changing, they seem to add moving hours at will and expect you to be okay with paying double what you agreed to in the original quote. They were stopped at the weigh scales by the transport police for not having drivers licences, the truck being illegally overweight and not having the proper business licensing. They damaged many items and are doing everything in their power to not reimburse us a dime. They are very difficult to reach, it's been over a month with extremely minimal contact and no resolution. Probably going to small claims court. Nightmare experience. Use any other moving company. Seriously. 0/5 read more

Do not use them if you want your items to be in same condition when you receive them. Complaints are ignored. They hound you for payment BEFORE collection which was a red flag we stupidly ignored. They are terrible! read more

WORST MOVING COMPANY! I ran into several issues with this mover. From hitting my retaining wall, to damaging some of my furniture, and to using a bathroom in my home that was not operational which resulted in partially flooded my basement. They were very clearly told that there was nothing on that side of the basement to be moved, so why did they go on that side and open a closed door??? When I reached to them I got the run around and finally had someone send an email with where to submit my claim. Over 3 weeks and I was finally told today they denied my claim. I asked for a manager or owner to call me to discuss, but as per usual they NEVER call you. They brought 2 trucks but only used the uhaul they brought and stuffed my furniture into the smaller truck when there was a larger one they could have used. They had to hold my headboard and footboard while one of the movers pulled the door down to keep it in place. They wouldn't leave my driveway until I paid them, I was told I could pay a deposit, half when the truck was loaded and the balance when the truck was unloaded. But I was pressured by one of the movers to pay the balance in full to his email address, or they wouldn't drive the truck off my property. This was the worst service I have ever received. When I first inquired about the damaged furniture, they asked if I had "before" pictures. I said I was not told by the movers to take before pictures, I also said I have never been asked for that before. How about you using my bathroom that was not in service that you did not have permission to use? Along with other customers, I was also overcharged! I was told 2 men 3 hours for around $500.00, my final bill was $1260.00, and a third guy showed up to help, and due to my situation, my daughter was home to supervise and they got her to agree to the third guy, but then over charged the hours for the move and the amount of movers. If I could post pictures of my flooded basement I would to show everyone how bad these movers are. I mad the big mistake of not checking reviews, but was in a situation due to the original movers I hired couldn't make it due to their trunk breaking down. I should have just waited for them for one more day..... Very sad that companies like this can keep operating and treat consumers so poorly. read more

The pick up went smoothly but the drop off was a bit frustrating. They arrived at 1110pm. The movers themselves were polite. I would consider uses them again. read more

if you tap the address first off it will put you in a park in Ajax Ontario. they moved us from Vancouver to Ottawa and didn't deliver boxes smashed an expensive mirror broken bike damaged lamp. they admitted wrong doing said they had to pay weekly out of pocket cause they dint have insurance then didn't follow up and never paid. this company is a fraud and they will not make your moving experience enjoyable at all in fact you will be in hell with these guys. read more
