It's clean and well lit. The prices are much more reasonable than some of the fancier locations. We have no complaints about access, it's a key-code to get in, and everything feels very secure. Even better, when nature calls, the bathrooms are accessible and clean. If you live in this area and need a storage option, you really should give this place a try!

Ashanti was incredibly helpful in showing us the unit sizes and setting up our account and giving a tour of the facility. We were provided a small welcome package with a measuring tape, reusable bag and a pen. The facility itself is top of the line and new. Many units have lights inside and everything is air conditioned. Our unit has no light but it works perfectly for what we needed it for. Finally, everything is accessible via phone app so no keys involved! Thank you to the staff on site for the beautiful property upkeep and solid service. I have already recommended to friends!

They treat this business as their baby and they do not only work there to get their pay check! They go above and beyond to help and very accomodating to fill their customers needs! I chose to store my stuff here because they were able to accommodate the long distance 51' tractor trailer that my stuff was arriving on, which saved us being charged for an in-town move. Having seen the set up here and met everyone, I would have come here anyway though, as I couldn't imagine a safer and friendlier location.

I felt scammed to be honest. The website advertised a new customer promotion.... Showed up with my…read morestuff, and was stuck buying TWO overpriced locks on site because they rented me a unit with TWO doors and needed two locks. They also have super limited office hours on Sunday (which is when I had to go), and with the fact that I had already unloaded everything I couldn't leave it open to go find a reasonably priced lock elsewhere. Of course the manager didn't tell me that the gate was open until 10 p.m., so I thought I only had till 2pm (it was 1:45pm). They also don't insure your stuff, you have to pay extra for that (what???). And guess what! There's more hidden fees. You also have to pay a $25 "administration fee". Such nonsense.
