There was no offer to sit my box on the counter while I was waiting for him.. He scanned a QR code on my phone, it didn't work and he was like I can't help you. I lightened my screen and asked him to scan it again and it worked. He told me that they would not accept my box and I had to purchase a label from them. I said okay no problem. After I paid for the label and was preparing to leave he reminded me to take my box. I responded that I planned to take the box and that he needed to relax and calm down. If I hadn't stopped them, I would've ended up with a stranger's items. They also lost my $900 KitchenAid mixer and my air fryer as a small cake business these items were crucial . Their initial compensation offer was $23. After six months of haggling and constant follow-ups, they finally offered $123. I was exhausted and just took it to be done. To top it off, this was a Texas-to-Florida move, and they were extremely vague about when my belongings would actually arrive. No clear delivery day, no transparency--just stress and uncertainty. If you value your belongings or your time, please do not use this company. A good first impression means nothing when they can't keep track of your property or communicate honestly.
