After only being in the rental space for three months I was told my storage prince was a "promotional price" and that it would now increase. This was not made clear when I rented the facility and moved everything in in hot TX August. Then I was told my rate could increase anytime "supply and demand" changed. That means it can go up multiple times in the same year. So if you rent from any NSA Storage units (they all go by different names) budget MORE money that you think you need as the price will not stay the same and can and will go up multiple times. I told their representative on the phone when I called to complain that this seemed like a bait and switch.
