Thank you so much for the great service. We used RAKI for hard drive shredding and removal of old IT hardware.

Thankful the city has this service for us to drop off recycling…read more They want you to wear your mask when driving through and then 1/2 the times I go they take my temperature but the other 1/2 they don't. I think it depends who is working that day. They will take everything out of my trunk and THEN take my temperature... it kind of doesn't make sense. What would they have done if after taking my recycling out, my temp is high? Would they then grab it all from the bins and put it back in my car? Why not just let me keep my window closed the whole time that way we just don't make contact at all? Minus 1 star for hours. 8-5 Monday to Saturday basically means I can only make on Saturdays if I don't have to work that Saturday. Would be nice if they'd open a bit earlier in the morning or have bins outside to drop of basic recycling items like plastic and cans.

Pop open the trunk and point out the items you'd like to recycle. The staff will unload for you. You need to show an ID. Overall quick, easy and great service! Be warned it does smell terrible because of a dumpster on the property next to the recycle center, not a big deal but just be mentally prepared. Reduce your carbon footprint--help save the earth! Bravo!! Eco Waste & recycling!! I must say after reading the reviews of this company I was…read moreskeptical however I found their customer service to be spot on with polite and professional customer service representatives. They resolved my minor issue promptly and I have had no problems with my trash pickups at all. I would highly recommend this company to any HOA seeking to business with them.

For years, EcoWaste has failed to provide reliable service to many of us. Pickups have been…read moreinconsistent, communication has been poor, and issues have gone unresolved. I don't normally get on Facebook to criticize a company, but this has become an expensive and ongoing problem that affects our entire community. Also, note that EcoWaste has many lawsuits regarding services not rendered. To give just a few examples: * EcoWaste once claimed our dumpster had been serviced and even provided a specific pickup time. It was a Saturday, which wasn't our scheduled service day but I had to provide security camera footage proving the dumpster was still full and had never been picked up. * On another occasion, when they finally did service the dumpster, it was not unhooked properly. The dumpster was dragged, multiple wheels were broken off, and Jason had to make repairs himself. We were promised a replacement dumpster, but that still hasn't happened. Simply put, the service has not met expectations, and I know many of you have had similar experiences. I have pictures and video to prove they lied and of the damages.

Crew was very efficient (note: we had everything neatly organized, which they appreciated). The price was competitive based on my research and payment was easy. We would definitely use them again We also like that they (according to their website) recycle 70 percent of the discarded items. We had a hand constructed potting bench that we no longer needed, but hopefully it will be upcycled with some TLC by them or someone who wants it. Our City of Houston has heavy haul, but they NEVER come when they say they will, sometime not for weeks and weeks. We had a lot of stuff and we did not want for all the rains we just had to soak our stuff, nor did we want our stuff to kill our grass and stain our sidewalk.

I used this moving company twice and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience…read more The first time I hired them was to move my boxed items into storage. At the time, everything seemed to go smoothly and I believed my belongings were being handled properly. About 3-4 weeks later, I hired the same company again to move my items from storage into my new home. After unpacking most of my boxes, I discovered that two cases of Crown Royal were missing, which was extremely upsetting. Later that evening, when my TV installer arrived to set up my television, we also discovered that my 65-inch Sony Bravia TV was badly cracked. I immediately contacted the company and spoke with someone named Drake to report the missing items and damaged television. I was then informed that their policy only pays $0.60 per pound for damaged or stolen items, which was very frustrating considering the value of the items. Shortly afterward, the company deposited $28.56 into my account as compensation for the damages and theft. This was incredibly disappointing and unacceptable. I trusted this company with my belongings, and the outcome was very upsetting. While this may be standard policy for some moving companies, I have used other movers in the past and have never had an experience like this. Because of this experience, I would not use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.
