He literally said "no problem take your time as we have a family from a different state trying to get in" Two days later (today) we had someone clear the rest of our unit out and I was told that they saw the employee go into the unit as soon as they left. So I called the employee who is Joe and he claimed that I had gave him the go ahead and move us out. When in fact I did not. He told me the unit has already been rented out and if we still need a unit we can rent a new one. I know for a fact that I did not give him a day that we were going to be out and we were going to take our time as we had the whole month. And I told the same thing to the guy who called the second time. Joe then said "I assumed since your unit was empty, you guys were done" HE ASSUMED. The voice recording says it may be recorded and I would love to hear our recording. JOE is horrible and will give away your unit if you call and inquire questions.

Because I intended to store the minimum time possible I was in almost daily for at least a week, in that time I saw the onsite maintenance/security regularly. I've seen him cleaning, landscaping, helping people reverse, helping me with the gate code (twice) and in general being very available and creating a secure presence.
