Crates were clean, the provided labels were very useful and I'm so happy we go the extra dolly for the crates. Due to a number of factors - jobs/kids/etc., my family has moved about every two years for the last 15 years. This was far from the typical unfriendly, transactional moving vendor. Prices were on par with single use boxes, and honestly a little less expensive. I will use Eco Pack n Go the next time we move or have to pack things up.
