Especially when I was recovering from major surgery and unable to get out of my house. I made one call, and within hours all of my medications were delivered right to my door! I highly recommend this Pharmacy!

The pharmacy closes at 7 o'clock, so I thought that would be plenty of time. At 6:30 everything was still showing processing. My husband got in the car and drove to Walgreens and he got there at 6:58. They had put the gates down and he rattled the gates and didn't find anybody. I had called them when he was on his way and said that he was on his way. They didn't even have the courtesy to wait till he showed up so I could get my prescriptions. They had closed earlier than 7. I have changed my prescriptions and I'm now going to use CVS on Washington Street in Middletown. That was the worst customer service. I had even told the gentleman I spoke to that I really needed the medicine. He didn't care to stay around but they closed at least two minutes early or earlier so they need to change their pharmacy hours to 9 AM to 6:58 PM or earlier

The store has not been enlarged in my memory. Another excellent thing is that you can leave messages for them on the app and they will call or message you back. They do give good coupons, however, you must use them wisely as 20% off is not enough on its own to give you the deal you'd get elsewhere. Also, they often have an aisle with crazy stuff on sale. I mean crazy in a good way. Unique items. This store is worth a try.

Awful service, chronic understaffing, and surly people. Liars, too--they promised delivery of a medication I needed right away, and deliberately left it behind--it was never delivered--because I dared to bother the pharmacy by actually holding 40 minutes on the phone until they picked up. I was calling from an office and ringing the pharmacy on four lines. They ignored them all. There are a half-dozen other CVS stores nearby. This location would be better off bulldozed and turned into a community garden. Without a doubt, the single worst pharmacy I have ever encountered--their understaffing (CVS policy is to understaff, and was even pre-COVID) leads to mistakes--a public health problem when the pharmacy is underequipped to safely and adequately serve its community.
