I have been running around in circles with this pharmacy for a week now and have not received my medication. I am pulling all of my prescriptions out of this pharmacy. I usually don't have a long wait line and when I do I can just do a little shopping come back but what I wanted to say about yesterday was they texted me that my prescription was ready so I went down to get my prescription and while I was there the lady behind the register at the pharmacy told me the pharmacist wanted to talk to me. I'm an older lady and I have COPD so I was picking up prescription for trilogy so when I went over to get my prescription and go to talk to the pharmacist he told me that there is a new pneumonia shot out that he suggested and recommended that I have I have had all my shots there so they have my records and they know me there but this pharmacist was kind of new and he told me he had no appointments right now and if I wanted to do it now I could. So my point is what are the pharmacy would do that I don't know of any and I've been to quite a few that were pretty awful and didn't give two craps about you... And it's not only him there all the people there are very nice and they treat you well and I will continue to go to this pharmacist as long as I able to. So I highly recommend this pharmacist and pharmacy and Walmart I've never had an issue there. I know this is a long review but they deserve it they work hard there and they're very friendly and professional. Linda Avola

While such equipment can be a boon to the handicapped, a dependence on them makes their routine failure a real emergency. One such incident (not the first) happened this morning, motivating this review: an electric lift failed on Saturday morning of a stormy weekend, and we sent a panicy email to Letourneau's. One of their heros (Luis) responded immediatly with a quick house call, and the device was back in service bybmid morning. I came in here the other day to get my 2nd shingles vaccine as I got my 1st one @ a CVS back in Las Vegas & knew that they would have a record of this because I wasn't sure of the exact date of when I did get my 1st shingles shot. The lady @ the pharmacy counter was very nice & was able to pull me up by my name & DOB. I had to update my insurance info as my plan changed the first of the new year. It was very busy when I stopped in here on a Thursday afternoon around 4pm. I didn't schedule an appointment for my vaccine as I was having trouble connecting to the CVS app. I tell ya the Verizon cell phone service in this area isn't the best. I was able to get my vaccine as a walk in even though it was busy. Jaime the pharmacist was the one who gave me my shingles shot. He was very friendly & nice to chat with. He gave me my shot without any issues (yes, the shingles vaccine does hurt! As I tell patient's "its not the needle that hurts its the medicine) & I had told him how I use to work here in my 20's. The pharmacy has grown as I counted probable about 5-6 people behind the counter. The store has even grown too. I have found that it has gotten more crowded with aisles/products, as if they put more in this store. There isn't much room to move down an aisle if there is someone else in it too. I did get my coupons from their coupon machine & did some shopping based on what coupons I had. I do find CVS to be more expensive than Walmart but with the coupons it helped by lowering the prices of some of the items that I wanted to buy. I did go to the self checkout (which I hate) & did have some problems with scanning my items but one of the employees came over right away & helped me fix the issues. I do find that it can be a pain in getting out of if you park on the smaller parking lot side so I went home the back way then trying to fit to get back out on islington street.
