I love checking out their weekly specials and get stuff from the sales circular. Regular prices are usually higher than similar grocery stores but items on sale usually are really good buys. We love their pizzas and prepared sandwiches....outstanding....good size portions at grocery store prices...a great deal. This last time I went to get some bread for sandwich and it was an easy in/out. The story of Dave's Fresh Marketplace is an American success story with its own unique Rhode Island twist. Over the past 60+ years, Dave's Fresh Marketplace has evolved from one roadside stand in Warwick to 10 full service grocery stores across the state. Total misunderstanding... so, take this with a grain of salt, I was upset about some sliced turkey... it my comments about the ambience, not withstanding... This is likely the most under maintained and aged Stop & Shop around. It's bleak inside, and frankly depressing. My most recent experience, I had purchased some Boars Bead presliced turkey. Upon trying to utilize this turkey at home I realized this was nothing more than nearly shaved, compressed turkey. Yes, it was sliced, but it was not possible to peel the slices apart. It really shows poor quality control, a lack of care on the meat departments part; but the credit of this disappointment goes to management. It's like the rotten blueberries that shouldn't be sitting out for purchase. It would be great is stawp and shawp closed some of it locations and let some other markets that care about the overall experience and general quality, instead of focusing on holding a position in the neighborhood. It would be one thing if their prices were great, but they are not even that. Do Yourself a massive favor and go somewhere else. The general abandoned feeling at this S&S leads me to believe that this place is an episode of unsolved crimes. Next time I go, I am going to bring my friend cadaver sniffing service dog. The first option would be for buying at the regular price. The second option would be for buy 2 get 2 which was the current sale price. I could not get 2 employees to understand the raincheck. They said I needed to purchase 6 get 6 at the regular price. 2 other people were trying their best to help the 2 employees understand. I left the sosa there and left. But first and foremost this Walmart is no longer running on a 24 hour schedule right now but they are a super store so it's huge and they literally have everything, expect to be In here about 2 hours at the least. I'm warning you now! Let's get into it. The parking lot is huge, so don't worry about a parking spot you're good to go with that. They have an area for curbside pick up ( I'll go into detail in a minute) , and they have a drive up pharmacy. Now the store for the most part is usually always very clean, but also they're always seeming to be doing stock so navigating this store is annoying with a carriage. There's always employees down the isles, and they don't know manners. Also since you can do curbside now a lot of employees are down the isles picking for customers which is fine, just once again hard time navigate around. Don't expect to find an employee on the floor to help you, it's not happening. A few times I've come here maybe about 3 employees have made me smile, and were really nice but that's about it and I've been here about 3 dozen times. So maybe more help and smiling faces. Now to curbside pick up I lose this concept, because you been buy your groceries online pick a time slot to pick them up and boom grab it when the time slot comes, but lately since the shortage of staff, my 1-2pm slot turned into a 3pm pick up when I had to be at work for 3:30pm, this was a serious issue. Tracy an employee who works for curbside was very nice gave me all the details and was trying her best, but there also was about 25 cars out there waiting and I've never seen it so backed up. So be mindful with this. The lines are not so bad compared to some other Walmarts I've been too, but they do have a lot of self serve kiosks so those are helpful. There's a lot of little things that can be worked on here. One last thing, make sure you have the Wal-Mart app because sometimes an item in store will say 10.00 and the app will literally say it's 5.00, and they have to price match that. So scan Everything, I promise you will thank me later!

I came here for the prepared foods and I was not disappointed. They had sushi, pizza, wings, and more. The cashier was also very nice and gave my child a sticker.
