They seem to be constantly out of things, poor selection of produce, minimal organic meats, and overall not well stocked in comparison to other Aldi's in the local area. It is such a bummer considering this is the closest to my house and the most convenient to come to. It also has a very big parking lot, which is also a nice feature of this location. On my most recent visit on a Wednesday in the early afternoon, I left not buying anything when I could see they were out of multiple items I had hoped to purchase. Bread minimally stocked, produce area a mess, no organic meats, and no pickles?!!! Hopefully this Aldi location will get better, but I am not sure if I'm willing to waste my time trying it again. This is where we would go. It is beautiful inside - it's fresh - it's inviting, a great family atmosphere, and a curated grocery with some home good items. The customer service woman has no customer service skills whatsoever. She is rude and cold and looks at you like you are a piece of dirt when you make a mistake at the self checkout isle when she tried to help me today she was condescending and said "I told you blah blah blah". I will not stand for that behavior. I will not put up with anyone being rude to me for no reason, because common courtesy and warmth to me is something that I practice every day. And when you are in the service industry you should know to practice that every day. Shame on the people that have this woman still working there and not taking her to the side and explaining how to practice good customer service. Part of my going into a business is the whole experience. And this experience is not a good one.

The display was elegant, colorful, and showed a lot of effort on the part of someone who really has a passion for flowers. I looked around to compliment whoever was working there, but I did not see anyone. The rest of the store was moderately stocked, and again, very few staff were present and available. It was a little surprising that this particular store was not as clean as some of the others, as that seemed to be one of this chain's stronger attributes.
