We brought an empty cart to the Catering desk at the end of the produce area, and it was returned to us about 10 mins later, each platter nicely arranged and sturdily boxed. I then looked at the other guy who was shaking his head in apparent disgust at me. Infuriated, I barked back at him and told him to never mind, found my wife, and left the store. We drove 15 minutes up the road to Donalans. I went up to the deli counter and the young woman greeted me with a big smile and a "Hi! What can I get you?" She followed that with a warm "Absolutely!" What a sharp contrast. We usually don't go to Roche brothers anyway because we live closer to Donalans but we happen to be at TJ Maxx next store. Never setting foot in there again.
