We brought an empty cart to the Catering desk at the end of the produce area, and it was returned to us about 10 mins later, each platter nicely arranged and sturdily boxed. This big guy (I'm being kind) rudely barked at me from 40 feet away "What do you need?!" I said "Are you closing?" He audibly sighed and barked again "What do you need?!!!!" I then looked at the other guy who was shaking his head in apparent disgust at me. Infuriated, I barked back at him and told him to never mind, found my wife, and left the store. We drove 15 minutes up the road to Donalans. I went up to the deli counter and the young woman greeted me with a big smile and a "Hi! What can I get you?" She followed that with a warm "Absolutely!" What a sharp contrast. We usually don't go to Roche brothers anyway because we live closer to Donalans but we happen to be at TJ Maxx next store. Never setting foot in there again. Checking reviews it seems others have also had issues with this big guy at the deli. What a joke.

Why would anyone pay these ridiculous prices especially for low quality baked goods when you can go to Market Basket and pay lower prices for baked goods you can actually enjoy?!?!?
