It is the closest farm to Guelph that I have seen so far. No admission but you need to pay for a small or large bouquet of sunflowers. Small is 25 which is what we got. Ensure to bring cash with you--it is a farm afterall! First 20 kids get feed for the animals and additional feed you can get for $2. We fed some goats and sheep, and some some cute little chicklets. They have a cuddling hour with chicklets at 11 however we have lunch and nap conflicts with that . After we went into the beautiful sunflower maze, walked around, took some wonderful pictures (there are curated spots for pictures), and picked up a few sunflowers! My toddler left quite pleased with themselves. Overall a wonderful experience with a wonderful family. Lots to do and great atmosphere. There is also coffee, lemonade & other items for sale but we were not in need.

I have to say, it was very far, but once we reached the outer skirts of Mississauga into Milton, I found the drive very peaceful. The farm is on 165 acres of escarpment countryside, and the current admission is $12/per person over the age of 5 years old. There were plenty of parking spots on the grassy areas, and washrooms are available. Inside the main building is a winery and shop that sells homemade goodies, including tarts, pies, jams, drinks, fresh fruits ... but on the pricey side! I personally can't imagine paying $18.50 for a pie made with lard. A bbq lunch is available on weekends. Note that you can't bring outside food onto the grounds. We brought a lunch but ended up tailgating. We missed the berry picking season (sold by weight), but I was pleasantly surprised to see many chickens running around right at my feet! The baby goats were adorable. They also had pigs, ducks, sheep, and other animals. There were plenty of beautiful dahlias ($2 each), but some of the sunflowers were wilting. In hindsight, early August would have been ideal. We came on a cloudy day but still captured some nice photos. We had an enjoyable afternoon.

The bag to cut your own for $10 was a good experience and you can put a good amount inside. The store had a variety of things, not a lot! The lavender/lemonade ice cream was good. We walked to the river (river walk), it was ok! There was a few really wet muddy spots and then you get to the edge of a river. Just ok. They could put some more straw or gravel in the wet spots. Overall it was good but over priced! $17 each so $34 for 2 people is a lot to walk through the lavender! Sorry but it is too much! I know there is up keep but I am sure if they have that much lavender it's not just there for us to look at, there is money too be made.

They are dog friendly and well organized - you can buy your tickets ahead online. You can bring your own food and enjoy a picnic at one of their beautifully painted picnic tables -- just be warned there isn't much shade so bring your sunscreen and wide brimmed hat! The $10 cut your own lavender is a great experience and definitely better value than buying pre-cut lavender in their boutique. The shop is really cute and has lots of lavender infused items. They have yoga on some evenings but I went in the morning so wasn't able to check it out. I do recommend coming in the morning though, as it is less crowded. We stayed for about an hour and it was already getting busier when we left around 11am.

I am started to feel sad, thinking I should have picked up something in city. In next 5 mins I see a beautiful rustic wooden farmhouse on the right. I just turned and went there to check what it is. It was this beautiful looking Heatherlea Farm Shoppe. I checked their website and they also have a cafe inside. It was like God didn't wanted me to sad for long and presented this Farm Shoppe. I went in there with mask on. They have proper safety protocols in place. It's a wonderful farm shop that has amazing looking meats, vegetables, fruits, sauces and many more stuff. Very clean and well presented. On the left side they have a cafe and they serve coffee, tea, soup, sandwiches, baked goods and more. I wanted to have soup, but they were sold out. So I got myself a cup of coffee, oatmeal raisin cookie, chocolate chip cookie and brownie. Everything was delicious and perfect. I really loved the coffee and brownie. Brownie was so damn delicious and decadent. They have big parking outside overlooking beautiful lush fields. This place is a gem. One of the big draws for us is their very tastefully curated market shop which has everything from costume jewellery, home decor/accoutrements, classy tableware etc. Their name branded Springridge Farm chutneys, BBQ seasonings, rubs and salad dressings are outstanding! Every year they increase their repertoire. They have a ton of other jarred comestibles. They have a lovely bakery/coffee shop on site where you can relax in the garden under the large trees.

Served with Kettle Chips") and it was handed to me within a minute of paying. It's a decent sandwich. The less-than-generous amount of pulled chicken is pretty tasty and the fresh, soft bread goes with it perfectly. The kettle chips were tasty, too. The rest of the place is fairly nice, although we were a little surprised at how expensive it is to visit the attractions. With tax, the total for two people came out to $35! It's a little outrageous given that there isn't a whole lot to do back there, although feeding the baby goats was a highlight. (Even that, however, you had to pay extra for.) Springridge is cute enough, though I doubt it's worth almost $100 for a couple hours of entertainment.

See which one you would like to pick. I've picked the honeycrisp so far, rich red and green color, crisp, and not too sweet. Will be returning soon for my golden delicious.

I enjoy the fresh juice bar, and each time I go in, I ask one of the employees to make me something new, and they never disappoint! It's a huge plus they have all those fresh fruits and veggies available. I'm super sensitive to certain things, and they always make something within my restrictions and I've never had an issue. The owner has gotten to know that I'm a visitor from out of country and always comes out to say hi and makes me feel like family. Thank you!
