The sunflower walk is really nice, lots of tall sunflowers and some great spots to take pictures. Last year they had art (of minions) interspersed throughout. We also went strawberry picking and they had SO many strawberries. Just rows and rows. They tasted so good too - juicy, sweet, flavourful. Definitely way better than the ones you buy on plastic cartons at the grocery store. You can either pay for one of their baskets (and you can get like a dollar back if you return it), or you can bring your own basket as long as it is labeled with how many Litres it holds. A 2L basket is $14 for you to pick and fill.

When we reached the white tent, the employee asked what we were there for since there's the sunflower walk, picking strawberries and veggies from the farm, and cutting your own bouquets of flowers. For the sunflower walk, she directed us to the hut a little further away, and we could pay there. The walk there was filled with cardboard cutouts with face holes with Toy Story characters. It's currently $5.25 per person, free for those under three years of age, and $3.25 per person if you're cutting flowers on the same day. Paying was easy with a tap of a credit card. The sunflower walk starts at the bales of hay. We saw plenty of bees on the sunflowers and there were many photo opportunities with the Minions from Despicable Me. They were painted as recreations of famous paintings.  We didn't pick our own veggies, but it was interesting to see how they're grown. Some of the veggies that we saw were Swiss chard, kale, zucchini, bell peppers, green onions, leeks, pyo beans, beets, radishes, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, and cabbage. Their farm market has these veggies for sale already picked as well as other products like honey, bouquets of flowers, and strawberries.

There's also a large area for sunflowers and pumpkin patch. Kids would enjoy the maze and large bumpy slide. Market: amazing variety. I am afraid to go inside especially the baked goods area. Everything is orderly and fresh. Going to buy all my veggies here from now on. RTBF also has a CSA program where vegetables can be delivered/picked up (curbside available) until early November. The portions and variety are amazing! We're so happy to have joined. Price was also very reasonable. Everything is always so fresh and tastes amazing. Our favourite are the cherry tomatoes. I have been eating them like candy! Some CSA items have been in our fridge for over a week and still looking fresh. A weekly letter is sent to give us ideas of what to make or maybe frozen for later. One of the perks of being in the CSA bin program is that admission to the farm is complimentary and we can come back anytime! Perfect if you have kids in the family. They also give you some veggies to feed the animals. Lots of parking. You can park on the grass if the gravel lot is full. Staff are very nice and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back soon!

The animals are not afraid to come to you which makes it great for be kids. Just be careful because they seem to be very hungry all the time The farm is spread across a large area and it includes the animal pens, a small straw maze with slides, old tractors for riding, tube chute slide, corn maze, sunflower fields, and a small pumpkin patch where they've collected all the harvested pumpkins in one area. They have decorated straw bales and scarecrows for halloween. The farm market is very rustic. This is where you can get fresh vegetables, baked goods, pies, meat, cheese, dairy and more! I've tried a couple cookies and they were delicious. I've also tried the turkey pot pie- a little salty but the pie crust was sooo flaky! What's amazing is that they also allow pets as long as they are on leash, you poop and scoop, and that they don't scare the animals. It's a family affair!

If you're looking for a perfect weekend getaway, romantic stay or just to relax- this place is for you! It's fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect "glamping" experience. The host come to greet us when we arrived and was very friendly and informative while she gave us a tour of the farm! It's kept in such good condition and extremely clean. There are 3 tents available to stay but we chose the "the cooper retreat tent" and it was a great choice. We had our own fire pit, bbq, and prepping table. The tent is huge with a couch, bed, fireplace, storage and a water dispenser to drink from. Breakfast was included with our stay and we got to choose a time for her to bring it to us. We had a selection of pastries, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea and juice. Make sure to book your stay way in advance so you aren't disappointed to see they're fully booked for the whole summer!! Thank you again for this unique and incredible stay. We are looking at dates to rebook because it was a fabulous experience for us! PS. The owner of the farm has put so much work into her place and it shows how passionate she is about her farm. I love staying in unique places where people love what they do. She is meant for this! Thanks again for the opportunity we hope to see you again soon :)

Came here on a Saturday night for a one night stay during the spring and Covid restrictions. Could have asked for a better experience. Positives: extremely clean, use of your own personal bathroom, cozy, tons of firewood, helpful and very nice host, and they have a dog that treats you upon entry. Breakfast was plentiful and enough to feed a family of 5. Negatives: showers were closed (but that's because of Covid), the tents are a little bit closer to each other than we expected (not so close that you can hear each other, but enough that you can see each other - we expected to be a bit more secluded), there is a nearby highway, so you can hear cars in the background throughout the day. Perhaps a bit steep for the price, but would definitely recommend and come back. Worth every dollar to at least experience once.

And the staff also explained how the bees work/Queen's tasks, and so on. We had a chance to touch the bees with our hands, but I was a bit scared to touch them. The staff also showed us the Queen Bee that they marked a sign Bright Blue on the back. We moved to another house for the mead process. This was the first time that I known of honey wine. It's almost the same as the wine produced process, just this time was coming from Honey. Before we stepped out, there is a gift shop that we could purchase some honey products.

They were very easy to work with, including responding to any questions that I had immediately. The favors were a hit at the wedding, especially since it came in cute packaging that included a honey dipper and a little message. They're quite far from where we are, but we had a nice road trip to Oak Ridges on a Saturday morning. It's a small farm that you may miss while driving on Leslie Street. We spoke to the gentleman who also introduced us to mead. I had never heard of it. We were able to try a few flavors and ended up buying a bottle to take home. For anyone getting married and looking for a favor, why not consider honey? Everyone likes it and it's (fairly) unique. Good for: honey, party favors
