The store is well organized and clean, but some items are not always well stocked. They carry a lot of Japanese and Korean brands: contact lenses, hair dye, hair care, skincare, makeup, and more. I believe Yelena has done her artistic workmanship to the fullest & in turn, I will do my part, too  (i.e., the post-procedure steps that she has taught me).  Now I hope my skin heals fully to the shape.  If not so,  I am grateful that l can turn to Yelena for the touch up later, which will cost just a fraction of her 1st procedure's price.

Debbie is located inside the Galleria Supermarket plaza, where there are some other shops as well. I have been here on at least 2 occasions now. First was for a bb cream (approx $40) & second for false lashes (forgot price) & glue ($ 5.99). Each time, sales associate Esther helped w/ recommendations. Very nice lady & gave me a lot of samples to try. I was not familiar w/ the lash glues at all. Honestly I used to use it once and that's the end of it's life. But the glue they have in stock at Debbie's was absolutely amazing! First off, it was in black (thought it only came in white?!), so if you're a newbie applying lashes, it will be perfect since it hides any mess you make. It stayed in tact for hours & is a good quality glue. Smooth & not clumpy...like a new bottle of white out (if anyone uses those anymore). The price was excellent as well, much lower than any local pharmacy, MAC, etc. The lashes purchased have been reused on at least six occasions. They also felt very comfortable on. Make sure to clean it thoroughly & take care of it after you have removed it. Love it! Lots of other beauty products (skin cream, makeup, tools, etc.) Definitely worth checking out!

I've tried other things I didn't love, but thankfully they have a great return policy in case you don't like something, you can bring it back. They really stand behind their products, which I can really appreciate. You can get your receipts emailed to you which is convenient. The store smells delicious. Lots of interesting things on offer but all the packaging looks the same so it's hard to really understand what everything is, but the staff are friendly and happy to help explain everything. My only negative is that I wish they had more products that I like to use, like shampoo and conditioner, and different options for body wash. The shampoo and conditioner they have are non-sudsing 2-in-1s and I'm not into that, and I'm not a huge fan of the scent of the forest body wash. If you haven't tried Deciem, I'd totally recommend it. This location is way less hectic than the Distillery District one but it's also smaller. I'm glad I discovered this brand and that this location is so convenient for me.

I wanted to post a review on my recent BOTOX treatment I had 4 days ago at V Line…read more I'd been to a few clinics here in Toronto. but wasn't happy with either the standard of the work, communication or hygiene of the clinics, so never committed to having BOTOX. A friend recommended V Line Cosmetics Clinic to me so I emailed. The nurse ( Heather ) who performed my procedure emailed me the same day & advised me exactly what would work for my issues. As you can see from the photos I had fine lines between my brows & a deeper frown line above my left eye. Bare faced it wasn't so bad but no matter what skincare or primer I used my foundation would settle into these lines throughout the day making them more prominent. Heather advised dysport & we went ahead with the treatment. In the photo's you can see the area is much smoother after the treatment, there is almost no texture either, which I love. I experienced no swelling or pain, the injections themselves feel like a pinch but nothing painful. I would highly recommend V Line, the Clinic is of the highest standard I've seen, the staff are extremely knowledgeable & only treat you with procedures beneficial to you as an individual. I've continued with V Line & have had my Lip Fillers & Cog Thread treatments, I could'nt be happier with my results.

Inglot is a little like MAC, in that the system is mostly modular. The company's term is "freedom system", but they basically sell singles (eyeshadows, face powders, blushes, concealers, etc) and their own brand palettes to put the singles in. All the pans and palettes are magnetic. The system is nice because each person basically can customise exactly what they'd like. You know those makeup palettes that you bought for that one colour, on which you have hit pan and love dearly, and the rest of the palette has barely been touched? Yeah, I know we've all been guilty. That problem doesn't exist at Inglot. Their products are also pretty high quality (I believe some professional makeup artists use Inglot). They also have tools such as makeup spatulas, flat metal palettes, sponges and other applicators, train cases and storage... in short, everything I need to pretend I'm a professional and I know what I'm doing. My one problem here is the condition of the testers. Obviously I know it isn't realistic to expect them to be pristine, since all sorts of customers will be sticking their hands in them, but some were downright gross. The cream products especially--these sticky kind of products naturally trap dust and hairs, and some also had large chunks missing. The sales associate was also a bit hovering, which always makes me uncomfortable, but some may prefer having someone there to answer questions. I guess it's a matter of personal taste, and I can definitely overlook it for the great products in the store.

Twice my friend and I have had a defective product and twice we treated like assholes with no help at all from anyone. Today I ran to the store in -10 temps arriving at 12:30 pm only to find the store closed. There Store hours stated it would be open at noon and it wasn't. So again I can't get the product I need or want. I'm ready to give up on this brand as MAC never treats their customers like this.
