The staff there was most accommodating and patient and friendly. They demonstrated great consideration for my ignorance and they answered all my questions even though they were quite busy. The store was quite neat and appeared to be well stocked. My grandson was very pleased with the array of cards he was able together. His grandparents were thankful that we didn't have to dip into our "mattress fund" nor did we have to remember exactly where to dig up the money buried in the yard! In other words we got a good "bang for our bucks"! The value was just what we hoped it would be, and our grandson was happy.

I have tried several times to call, email, and go through their entire contact process for support, and I have not received ANY communication. Not a phone call, not a response to an email, NOTHING. These radios are now available in multiple places/hobby shops, but because I pre ordered mine with Grayson Hobby, I gave it a little bit of time. We are now in November, and still nothing.
