Concrete curb (Before)

I hired Stan for what I thought would be a simple job, but unfortunately, it turned out to be quite the challenge. I had a concrete curb poured by another contractor, which ended up having several voids and an uneven surface. So, I decided to ask Stan to help fix it. His approach was to use caulking on the concrete to fill in the voids and smooth things out. I did not know that was the solution until after I painted it. I quickly noticed some peeling, and it became clear that Stan had used the wrong material. I reached out to him, and he promised to come by on a specific date, but he didn't show up or even give me a call, which was really disappointing.

He was so honest that he made it clear that there was no remaining moisture or lasting wall damage and a handyperson could do this job for a fraction of the cost of other quotes. This company's honesty and thoroughness impressed me and I highly recommend them for any leaks or similar issues!

I can tell you from experience that very few earn the level of trust and confidence that ASAP Restoration & Construction has earned from me and our organization. I've personally worked with ASAP for nearly 20 years across a wide range of commercial and residential properties. Their team has handled everything from emergency water losses and mitigation to mold remediation, asbestos abatement, environmental testing, reconstruction, tenant improvements, and commercial build-outs. When you manage a large property portfolio, a restoration contractor isn't simply a vendor. You need a company that understands urgency, protects the asset, communicates with management, treats tenants and occupants professionally, and follows through when the situation becomes complicated. ASAP has consistently proven that they can handle those responsibilities. What separates them from many companies in this industry is integrity. They don't use high-pressure sales tactics, make unnecessary promises, or put short-term profit ahead of the customer. They take the time to explain the situation, provide practical solutions, and do the work properly. Their professionalism, licensing, insurance, trained workforce, and years of experience are particularly important when you're responsible for someone else's property and reputation. We've trusted ASAP with significant projects where the cost of making the wrong decision could have been substantial. I've also had the opportunity to work directly with the owner. He leads the company from the front, stays involved, and genuinely cares about the quality of the work and the customer experience. That kind of leadership matters, especially in an industry where accountability can sometimes be difficult to find. After nearly two decades of working with ASAP, I have no hesitation recommending them to property owners, property managers, businesses, and homeowners throughout Arizona. If you're dealing with a major loss or construction project, choose your contractor carefully. Look beyond the sales pitch and ask about experience, licensing, insurance, staffing, reputation, and how they handle difficult situations. Based on my experience, ASAP Restoration & Construction checks those boxes. They have earned our trust over many years, and in property management, trust is one of the most valuable things a contractor can earn. Congratulations to the entire ASAP team on the continued growth of the Phoenix operation. You've earned this five-star review.

EcoDry Restoration

EcoDry Restoration

MIKEY at EcoDry has gone above and beyond with the entire project. He helped me provide proof to my…read moreadjuster on certain damages they were trying to fight, and even came out afterward to look into damages I noticed after the fact. Even when the water reader was showing no signs of water damage, Mikey tried to help me figure it out anyway. During initial inspection, he also gave me very helpful information on what to expect from plumbers while stating he is not a Plumber. In addition, his professional and very kind attitude was refreshing. Always responding quick to any questions I had on text as well. He deserves a bonus or raise. He has made my customer experience perfect and I would now recommend Ecodry to anyone. Thank you!!

Be careful with these guys. Very concerning business practices!!! My experience with EcoDry…read moreRestoration has been extremely disappointing. My concerns involve incomplete work, damage to my home, billing errors, and a lack of adequate responses to requests for documentation. EcoDry had to return because they left wet drywall that was supposed to have been removed during the initial work. It took a second visit to remove material that should have been addressed the first time. During the restoration work, they also damaged tile in my home. More seriously, they failed to secure my granite countertop, which fell and broke, leaving it completely unusable. Thank God no children or anyone else were nearby or injured. When I raised the countertop damage with EcoDry, they told me they did not know about it. That response was deeply concerning given the extent of the damage. Following this work, EcoDry asserted that I owed $10,668.57. I requested documentation supporting the scope of work, charges, labor, equipment, and justification for the amount demanded. Their response did not adequately address my requests or explain the disputed charges. There were also acknowledged errors in their documentation. In an email, their representative stated: "Page 20 was not fully updated but should have so that is our error for not updating that page as well." This further undermined my confidence in the accuracy of the documents supporting their demand for payment. I also paid $1,000 which was my deductible toward this project, but the balance demanded did not reflect that payment. Asking a customer to pay a balance without accurately recording a payment already received is sloppy accounting. While I appreciate that they said they would look into it, I have received no confirmation that they recorded or applied my $1,000 payment. I requested a revised ledger showing the payment, all adjustments, and the actual balance being claimed. Twelve days after my request, they still have not provided it. Instead of addressing the substance of my billing questions, their representative questioned my personal experience with Xactimate and restoration practices. I found that dismissive and inappropriate. A homeowner should not need professional restoration credentials to ask a company to substantiate its bill. Based on my experience, I would not recommend EcoDry. Incomplete removal of wet drywall, damaged tile, a broken and unusable granite countertop, acknowledged documentation errors, and an unaccounted-for payment have made an already stressful property loss substantially worse. I expected careful work, accountability for damage, and accurate billing. My experience fell far short of those expectations.

This is a long overdue review for ATH! They handled two major home projects for us in 2025 in a…read moremidcentury modern condo. This review is for the first one, a bedroom ceiling/roof leak that needed mold mitigation, asbestos testing and renovation. March 2025: Leak originally started as a moisture spot on the ceiling in October 2024 but my HOA ignored it. By March 2025, the ceiling had become so compromised that water streamed in like a waterfall during a massive storm. My original contact was Noah - he gave me an estimate (along with two other companies). I really appreciated how Noah was communicative, informative and thorough. And! he didn't badger me w/ phone calls & emails, like the other two companies did. He understood that I said I would take care of the situation when I could b/c I was in the middle of Massage Therapy school. I understood the "risks" of having mold & just shut the bedroom off. Fast forward to August 2025 & now we're ready to take care of the situation. Noah followed protocol of getting an asbestos test first. Luckily, it was negative. Then Spencer, their Mitigation Specialist? built a special containment room, inside the guest bedroom that sealed off the contaminated area. Heavy duty fans stayed on for about 72 hours? so the area could be thoroughly dried after being treated w/ some kind of mold treatment. Noah was available via text when I had questions - that was surprising & super helpful! Once Mitigation was completed, Noah connected me w/ Jacob at their Restoration Department. He sent over a stellar crew led by David & they proceeded to rebuild about a quarter of the bedroom - meant to mention that they had to rip out dry wall, scaffolding, etc. This crew rebuilt and then refinished the area, including re-installing wainscotting and painting the ceiling + walls. The results? This bedroom looks gorgeous! We were thrilled with how thorough/smooth ATH was w/ this process & how the renovation turned out. Highly recommend this company for their professionalism, flexibility and high standards. Thanks to the ATH Team!

Highly Recommend 1-800-Water Damage…read more After trying two other companies, I realized 1-800-Water Damage should have been my first call. I had tenants move out without informing me about a water leak in the guest bathroom, which led to water damage that could have been prevented. To make matters worse, despite my lease stating no smoking whatsoever, the property had a lingering smoke odor--and even an extracurricular smoke odor--that I couldn't eliminate no matter how many times I treated the house myself. The team at 1-800-Water Damage was professional, thorough, and efficient. They not only addressed the water damage but also tackled the odors that had been impossible to remove. Their advanced cleaning techniques worked wonders, leaving the house fresh, clean, and ready for new tenants. I appreciate their attention to detail and dedication to getting the job done right. If you're dealing with water damage or stubborn odors, don't waste time trying other solutions--just call 1-800-Water Damage first. They saved me a lot of stress and made the property feel like home again.

It's not easy to do that, so I respect him for it. Dan asked if I'd still be willing to consider an itemized quote from him for the work, and he sent a detailed one when I agreed. Then there was a long delay on my part, but when I finally accepted and signed the quote, he was on-site within a week and finished all the restoration work in 1 day.
