We came to the Stoner Grill for a team dinner, while playing in a college soccer showcase in Lancaster. First off the place is awesome. There are big rooms and an old farmhouse feel. We had a banquet room upstairs, which was a great space. They have mini golf outside. I would have liked to try something from the menu. The buffet we had in the banquet room was just ok.

Nice cozy party atmosphere in here

Great place for a party! The service was top notch and the food was delicious. We had my retirement party here for 35-40 people and it was cozy and comfortable for everyone. The charcuterie platter was enormous and filled with Pancetta, many cheeses, fresh fruit, and summer sausage with crackers of all shapes and sizes. The brisket was tender, and pulled chicken was perfect. The macaroni and cheese was spectacular! One compassionate thing our server did was to bring out nice plastic to go containers with lids for our team to load up on what remained to take some home. We had excellent care and service the entire night. Lots of draft beer to pick from and they had a few good bourbon selections. We all really enjoyed the night here. Try it you'll like it!

Decided to tried this place for the first time on Friday night. The food is delicious. We ordered a Korean Burger with fried egg and kimchi, and a Hawaiian Burger, they were cooked perfectly. The cheese steak is delicious as well. We ordered an Orange Crush and Peach Mule for the drinks. We sat by the bar outside, the bartender/server did a great job with the service. She was friendly and tentative. We will back again for sure.

So to start out, I have attended at least 10 events at the American Legion's Hall from bands to celebrations. I liked it so much I joined as a member. The staff is always courteous and friendly. The prices are better than most. The facility is also kept cleaner than many other venues. The night in question, the guests were smuggling in alcohol from out-side which is a violation of the their contract.. Sorry, but when you rent a hall you are responsible for the behavior of the people you bring in. When warned that any outside alcohol was a violation of the contract and that if it was seen again the event would be terminated the Bride holding the event said it was "Not my problem". Well, it happened again.. and the event was ended and tons of people who did not know the details got really rude and surged the bar and then the girl in charge went and got help from club members (I was one of them). I saw the containers of confiscated alcohol that were left out in clear view on tables.. People that do these types of things need to stop screaming show me some respect and need to show some respect themselves. You sign a contract you take responsibility and "respect" your own word. Bartenders at a place with a liquor license have to up-hold the liquor regulations and when people are smuggling in alcohol it hits the revenue side and it keeps them from doing their job. So, you break the rules you face the consequences. No one wants to see anyone's event ended early, but when you dis-respect the contract you signed and show no concern when warned and it happens again, the event is over. With the cries for "respect", a door man is not security and is there in more of a service role for needs that come up. He is not going to frisk your guests on the way in. That would be disrespectful. In addition, the race card was played in that review.. The club has members of all races and services events from all races. Only those that refuse to comply with their contracts have issues and that is not determined by race.

We didn't really know what to expect coming here but were completely blown away by what we found. The Good: *Firstly, the craftspeople that were here during our visit were all simply amazing but special big ups to the Tinsmith and Blacksmith as they were both a pure joy to talk to. They both possess so much great knowledge and skill in their crafts. It was truly amazing to talk to people like this. *One of the better gift shops we've encountered, as it has wares produced by the craftspeople, as well as locally-made Amish wares and even packets of heritage seeds. *Great historic antique-filled buildings to wander around at your leisure. *Be sure to watch the short film about the history of this place at the Visitor Center. *We were here for almost four hours and still didn't see everything! The Meh: *Some of the trails are a bit suspect, so keep an eye on any old folks you bring along. The Ugly: *The farm part of this place could use a little love, but I'm just being nitpicky. TLDR: Great place for lovers of history, but definitely make sure you take full advantage of the craftspeople that are there that day. They're def the heart and soul of this museum. Without them, this would be a 3.5* experience.

There's nothing that annoys me more than B&B operators who feel they have to be so nice and helpful that they smother you. The Lititz House wasn't like this at all. John and Heidi, the owners, made us feel like we were visiting friends, but were very professional and competent at the same time. Not an easy trick to pull off. The rooms were cozy, with bathrooms for all. Keeping in mind this is a 100 year old house, the retrofitting is mostly seamless. A couple of the bathrooms were on the small side, but no smaller than your own house. Breakfast was excellent, and the coffee and juices are a standout. Thankfully Mad Chef was open later than most places so we got in before the kitchen closed. I enjoyed the low lighting with the brewery equipment shining in the background. Having the Phillies game on the tv's only added to our experience. Our drinks and food were excellent. I always like to enjoy a local craft beer, having it paired on site with fabulous eats is even better. I ordered Mr Dynamite Brown, their American brown ale which was fabulous. We ordered a small Pommes Frites (French fries) that were cooked in Canola oil. While light in color, these fries were cooked to perfection. Crispy outside, fluffy inside, salted just right. My wife ordered the pretzel and said it was her type, buttery, salty, and doughy. I ordered the Korean Pork Nachos, by far the best nachos I've ever had the pleasure to devour. I can't begin to describe how well the roasted corn poblano medley brought this plate together. Every bite had an explosion of flavor with the Korean glaze and Gochujang aioli. This dish blows Guy Fieri's trash can Brisket nachos out of the water. If ever in Lancaster don't pass up on the Mad Chef Craft Brewing gem.

The bottom of the fry bucket had about an inch or 2 of crinkled up paper..... All of the food was outstanding. The beer was good. Tons of space and seating. Very easy ordering process.
