Our server Fatima helping us with this cut of steak.

Our steak was so tasty and cooked perfect! Fatima our server is a sweetheart, we truly enjoyed having her at our table. We sat in the enclosed patio and it was just perfect and a great space to listen to the live music.

This restaurant is at the top of my places to visit when in Fort Smith. The food is exceptional - never had anything that wasn't a 10! The service is also over the top. Every server is extremely friendly, attentive, and does everything they can to make you have a great experience. Bartenders are amazing.

BEAUTIFUL space... good lighting. Friendly hostess & wait staff. LONG WAIT FOR FOOD. There were only 4 tables & it took forever.... when we asked about the progress, the waiter said they had re-made it because it came out small the first time. (?) It finally came (over 45 min)... the salmon was good; the sides were TINY for the price ($9 each)... asparagus (only 4 shriveled spears) & sauted mushrooms (DRY & MAYBE a cup, if that). Neither were anything "special" to justify the price -- not even ANY seasoning that we could taste. Plain. While we did split the meal, at a nice restaurant, that is normally enough for us. We don't have big appetites. We're traveling & tired. Wanted a special meal. Would go somewhere faster (& less expensive) next time. In fact, we were still hungry & went out for chicken an hour later. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Undercooked bone marrow bottoms and heel of bread.

Service: Some days are just bad days or you get in the weeds because of a rush or your kitchen is understaffed or there's not enough servers. That I totally understand. This didn't seem like that. There may have been four parties in the entire restaurant. I saw plenty of servers, there was a bartender and a hostess, and whoever was in the back of the house but it took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get our undercooked food, no one came and apologized for any delay or anything. No one was very friendly, it was extra dim and while I appreciate good air conditioning, it was blasting so hard right at the table I was trying to not have our food under it. Drinks: Nanner drink didn't taste like bananas, it tased like lime aid. Asked to tone down the alcohol and acidity with a splash of coconut milk and they said ok but then brought back the drink that did taste more like banana but because they just added liquor and it was way too sweet. Couldn't drink it. 12$ Bug in my water looked like a sesame seed at first. It definitely wasn't. When I told our server about it she did say let me fix that but no apologies or anything like that, it seemed like it was a regular occurrence since she didn't seem surprised at all. Appetizers: Small side salad came out and the greens were wilted and some were black and slimy. Sent it back. $6 Firecracker cauliflower at first I thought was ok. They said it was breaded and I incorrectly thought is was supposed to be roasted. That was not their fault, but it wasn't breaded either, it was battered and not cooked well. The sauce was good, but it was undercooked and there were globs of raw batter in the centers. $12 Bone marrow with toast. These were undercooked and so under rendered and had zero flavor. They were still running with blood and hadn't turned into the buttery marrow it should have been. The absolute worst part actually made me feel like we might be being pranked was it was served with the heel of grocery store sandwich bread cut into rectangles. $22 Entrees: My fiance had the Rib eye with crispy potatoes. The steak was supposed to be medium. It was blue. So blue in fact, the butter on top didn't melt. Took it home to cook it later. The potatoes or "crispy pommes" as they call it were not prepped properly. They weren't cleaned well, they still had dirt on them and there were spots of rotten black potato. $56+$8 I had the Short rib tortellini, the entree was four tortellini in a cream sauce. Everything was cold. Flavor was ok. $36 Dessert: Didn't bother to order any because everything was so stunningly awful. Does anyone know if the chef or ownership changed recently? Because this place is supposed to be stellar.

We were greeted by the owners and the staff for the evening, and given a few options for dining locations as we didn't have a reservation and they had a large group being sat just after us. We loved that had an opportunity to dine at a table in the "jail" section. The restaurant was packed but it still felt warm and cozy for our date night meal. We had multiple, fantastic servers taking care of us. I didn't get to capture the appetizer, the spinach and artichoke dip, but it was literally the best I've ever had and I even make my own! It was full of artichokes and spinach and it was in an amazingly light and fluffy white whipped dip served with fresh made breads onsite and pretzel bites from a local vendor. Our cocktails and wine were amazing. Then our main course arrived! One of our waiters was new and said the filet was the best he'd ever had, and he wasn't wrong! We travel often and dine all over, these filets were cut and prepared to perfection! We took his recommendation to add the blue cheese and blackened topper and it was phenomenal! The steaks literally cut like butter and melted in your mouth! Charred Pittsburgh style, medium rare and heavenly. Placed on a bed of mashed potatoes that blended in the warm blue cheese and asparagus, this meal made me feel like I was at NYC or Chicago's top steakhouses! If you live local or just passing through like us, don't miss this experience!!! It was absolutely delicious and at the top of my list for best steaks!!!

I called the store to see if there was an extra wait for online orders due to it being Valentine's Day. I was told it was a 2 hour wait. No worries. I told the very nice person I spoke with what had previously transpired and nothing seemed wrong. She said the kitchen would remake the food, per the managers, and nothing should change. This was amazing and beyond what is expected. I arrived at the to go spot, let them know I was there and had food brought to me about 15 minutes later. I assumed this was because my food would be fresh. That was a mistake on my part because it was the order they made at 6:30. They honestly gave me food that had been sitting out for about 2 hours at this point. The steaks were cold, mushrooms were inedible and the potatoes were too. I have never had an experience like this at Longhorn, and I hate that it happened because they are typically a decent restaurant. They did more than ruin a dinner. They ruined an entire Valentine's date. TLDR: Food was cold, late, and customers were lied to.

Definitely recommend!

The restaurant was very clean and we really like the little town feel to the ambiance. Only thing I would suggest is that they serve freshly made dinner rolls which I think would be an option everyone would love even if they charged a little more for the rolls.
