They don't do that. - Want a referral to urgent care? They've got you covered! I've been referred to visit an imaginary PCP so many times now that it's obvious that this pretend person is who I should be paying unholy medical bills to and not this institution that can't manage the basics of SOAP medical notes. This is information that should have been provided before my braces were even put on as I never would have spent the money, time and endured the pain and discomfort for no results.
