Dr. Reichman is the best physical therapist I have ever met. The shockwave therapy in particular has been amazingly helpful. I feel I recovered leaps and bound faster once he added that to the regimen. My mobility, activity tolerance, and range of motion has increased at an amazing rate with his technique and these aids. Dr Reichman intuitively knows how to help you, is very diligent, highly skilled, hands-on, and honest. His incredible education and understanding of how the human body heals and what is needed to help it to heal gives amazing results, healing me faster and more completely. I drove a 70-mile round trip, arranged childcare, and showed up in good faith because I had seen him before. He only sent $80 and then proceeded with every excuse possible -- "my friend has the rest," "trust me for Monday," "just trust me," etc. -- instead of paying the agreed amount he had already confirmed. This is straight-up dishonest and disrespectful behavior from someone who presents himself as a licensed healthcare professional. Do not trust him with your time, your money, or your safety. Been busy catching up on life and forgot to put a review in for this establishment. Now anyone who…read morereads my reviews know it's all about food but on occasion I'll call other businesses for either very good or very poor products and services. In the case of this review I was to say this is a great place for physical therapy. I had surgery in January and the physical therapy element of recovery was not a short one. Some people can take up to 1.5 years for full recovery with constant focus on the physical elements to strengthen and maintain muscles but even then there is no guarantee. It requires patience and perseverance during and post physical therapy. My therapy session last 3 month and by the end, I was in a position to be active again and although the road ahead required me to follow through with the exercises to regain what was lost. It's been 12 month since surgery and would consider myself at 90% partly due to apathy on my part to perform the necessary training. I enjoyed working with the staff specifically Miaja and Jordon at this location: professional, accommodating, knowledgeable and kind. I historically did not put much faith in PT, but after this experience can say my belief is these folks really can help make your way back to an improved outcome.
