If you offer x-ray service on a weekend it should be read on that same day! Never experienced anything like this in my life. This Dr is happy to take your money for no actual result. I sent the pic of my son's wrist to my sister in law who is a Rad tech in California. She and her coworkers were appalled that an x-ray of the entire hand was taken and not focused on the wrist. Even the techs here are a joke. Utah healthcare is the absolute worst. Going to another facility where the radiologist actually does his job.

The Radiologist who was on site read my scans and came right in to explain things to me. He looked 20 but took all the time I needed and explained in great detail. I would highly recommend them if you tests or Urgent Care.

I've had three interactions with Rayus, and none ended with a satisfactory outcome. While the…read morepeople have all been pleasant, they have never been able to help me. I was denied for an MRI because of an allergy to contrast dye, so they wouldn't take me and I had to reschedule and go to a hospital. Another time, they denied me for an MRI because I have a piece of metal in my body. (Despite the fact that I have had three other MRIs in the last six months without issue, they would not take me.) And I was only told that after I was there, checked in, the paperwork, completed, and in scrubs and ready to go for the imaging. The radiology tech said he could call some of his other clinics and see if they would take me and they could try to reschedule. But if he wouldn't take me, why would the other clinics? I'm not going to bother trying again. I'll just go to the local hospital, so I know I can get help in a timely manner when I need imaging completed.
