The aisles are clearly labeled with what type of alcohol is in them, and they have an especially large wine selection as well, organized by type. They used to have one of my favorite roses here when nowhere else had it - it's since no longer carried here last I checked, which is tragic, but they have a lot of unique and high quality, yet reasonably priced, options that I've been able to switch to. There are even tons of mixers, snacks, and gift basket type paraphernalia available here by the checkouts, so it can be a one stop shop before you head to a party or stock up for a date night. Even their selection of local craft beers is more diverse than most other places I've tried - it's especially great around the holidays if you want to gift some local craft beer. I'm always recommending this place to people. I even needed help looking for something specific I was wandering around forever and unable to find, and they paged someone from the back to come out and help me find it on the shelves.

A great selection of Portuguese products (from mainland and the islands) and home ware / kitchen ware. Incredible selection of fish, salted cod, cheese, tinned fish, wine, etc. The worker in the wine section was super helpful and attentive. There was a large selection and told him what we typically enjoy drinking and he showed us multiple bottles. We went with two of the options he suggested and he hit the nail on the head. They were exactly what we like and wanted!! For imported products the prices are fair. Even the box of Queijada from the Azores price wasn't far off from what I paid on the island right from the source! They have a cafe as well, we didn't try it this time around but everything looked great. We will definitely be back and will try it the next time!!

Highly recommend..

After reading months of mixed reviews of Pine House Kitchen & Bar, my friend and I decided to give…read moreit a try. We walked in just after 8 on a Friday night and were greeted by two very friendly young women at the host stand. We opted to sit at a high top table in the lively bar area. Every seat at the bar was taken. Our server was friendly and attentive, and brought our drinks, $8 for a Sam Adams seasonal draft, and $15 for a Bulleit Bourbon Old Fashioned cocktail (which was mixed well and nicely presented, sans the anticipated Luxardo cherry). My friend ordered the Fondue Burger with truffle fries. The burger was cooked perfectly (medium) and smothered with a delicious cheese sauce sprinkled with fresh bacon crumbles - decadent and delicious. The fries are thin and crispy (the best way) and served in one of those cute little metal baskets with just the right amount of truffle. I had the salmon rice bowl which was better than I expected it to be. The fish was fresh and cooked nicely, (medium, although it could have been taken off heat a minute or two earlier, but not what I consider 'overcooked' by any means), and sat atop some very delicious coconut jasmine rice. The bowl also had a heap of zingy red onions, thinly sliced perfectly ripe avocado, a yummy mango salsa, and was drizzled with a very nice cilantro crema. Perfection. I ate the whole thing, felt a bit overstuffed and unable to taste the burger (next time!) I am very happy to report that Pine House Kitchen & Bar got four thumbs up from us, and I look forward to visiting again with family and friends.

The different lemonades were quite wonderful and a bit of a surprise. Service was attentive and quick and it's clean and well maintained. While it seems new enough that it's missing a bit of character, it's worth stopping by.

Such a great addition to Bristol! Both times I have gone, I have loved my drink. The last time I…read moregot a sour slushie beer in the summertime, and it was sweeter than other similar drinks I've had at other places - I loved it. These didn't seem available this time, so I ordered their Untapped-award-winning Peanut Butter & Jelly Sour - WHOAAAA! So delicious, and smelled and tasted exactly like the name, not a watered down faint whisper of peanut butter as many similar drinks have. I could see it being a little too sweet if you had more than two of these, but I loved it and wouldn't shut up about it, leading multiple friends to order one. This was unique and a must try, well worth its awards. My friend ordered a Bacon Maple beer that also smelled exactly like its name, but as a vegetarian I declined a sip since I wasn't sure if it had any real bacon in it. It was slammed and busy here, but our wait time at the bar wasn't too bad considering. The beertenders were pretty quick and friendly. Someone was throwing a birthday party and had a band playing, yet they were still open to the public. The acoustics in here are a little bizarre and echo-ey, so the band was unbearably loud. Luckily there were picnic tables and high top tables outside and it wasn't too chilly, so we headed out there. They brought out a few heat lamps which helped my friends that weren't dressed for the weather, and added a nice cozy atmosphere without any bonfire smoke smell. This would be a great area to hang for the fall! They had a food truck available which is always a great feature (Kroffle Kreations - I will review separately soon). There is a small parking lot that's been full every time I've come, but since it's in a far out industrial park area of town, people park on the sides of the road with seemingly no issues. Great little spot and very creative beers, with lots of events hosted! I'm looking forward to branching out into some of their other and darker styles of beer in the future.

The interior is nice and bright with a decent-sized bar and lots of tables. They had an excellent selection of beers, ales, and stouts. I generally stay away from this kind of place because they are IPA-heavy, and I am not an IPA fan. I had a couple of glasses of this fantastic stout and a great Scottish Ale. My wife had a peanut butter Porter that was yummy. The servers behind the bar were great. They also had a food truck that offered salads and sandwiches. My understanding is that they have a variety of food trucks that rotate through. We had an excellent time listening to music, being with friends, and having some great beverages. I would give this place a try.
