You always hear in the news about Malls dying out but that's absolutely not the case at Stonebriar. It's always insanely busy here even when it's not the holidays. In summertime, try to park in the garage downstairs by the food court area. Whether you're a budding youngin', teenager, long suffering parent, this is the place to go! LEGOs, Macy's, Nordstrom, Dick's Sporting Goods, William Sonoma, blah blah blah the list goes on! Also this mall has AMC movie theaters here too so that's nice! On certain weekends, you'll see bright eyes kids singing spritely in front of their beaming parents so that's also pretty sweet. read more

I can't help it. I love the mall. A physical walkable mall with all the joy and mystery of discovering new and amazing things. What treasures and secrets await us! Stonebriar Centre has the pillar department stores we need for life event purchases and please don't ever go away. You just have to walk in and try on clothes especially for special occasions. And have the requisite undergarments as well. Plus all the other stores, a little food, enough space to cover, plenty of Pokéstops to spin, and sufficient parking. It's in a great location. It's been years (and I do mean years...) since I have been to this mall, and I realized today, I have been missing out. While so many malls are losing shops and vendors, Stonebriar Center is flourishing. It's beautifully decorated, and there were so many people there - during the middle of the day on a Thursday. So refreshing to see! As I rushed by many shops (ones I normally stop at) to get to the Pop Mart store, I was impressed with selection of the kind of shops in this mall. And their front displays were gorgeous. It was truly a pleasure to step back into this mall. And now I'm going to by pass some Dallas malls to come to this one. read more

I arrived early during this visit to the mall. The mall was clean and well organized. As the day progressed there were a lot of holiday guests and several conflicts I witnessed between patrons. The service was adequate. There is a wide array of selections at the various stores. At night the doors were locked when leaving the building. I provided consulting with various staff about the growth of the mall's business during the holiday season this year. I recommended Stonebriar Centre would benefit from having more holiday sales to attract a larger client base during this holiday season. There are not many holiday specials there and the lack of clients in the mall suggests a need for more clients incentives during the holiday season for business growth. read more

Here is what I know from my very first visit to Stonebriar Centre in Frisco, the myth that indoor malls in Texas are no longer appreciated by Texans is just that, a myth of not an outright lie. This is a happening place! With anchor stores like Macy's, Nordstrom's and Dillards, and major retailers like Barnes & Noble, and AMC Theaters, there is something for everyone at this place. I like shopping here as the stores themselves are great. The mall itself, however, leaves a lot to be desired. While some of the smaller bathrooms are ok, the bathroom by the food court is absolutely disgusting! The smell of urine, overflowing trash cans, and tampon products on the floor is gross. The food court is equally as disgusting as few/no tables are cleaned off, and there is a significant amount of trash and food everywhere. It's just like any ordinary mall, nothing special. They have all the same shops as many other malls do. They do have a nordstroms, lululemon and a coach store here but those were the only expensive ones I saw.. didn't walk the whole mall, was just looking for somewhere to kill time before I had to head to the airport. read more

Stonebriar center is a beautiful group of shops. I drove here from an hour away to get some shoes the Nordstrom rack here had in my size. I love the decor and layout of this mall. A really nice indoor mall. So many of them are dead these days and stores are leaving, but this one is still going strong and it was really great to see! I had a bit of 80s/90s nostalgia going on while we were here, because like most, I do most of my shopping online now. We only went into a couple of stores, but it was so lovely just walking around. Very open and clean. We had lunch at the food court, something I haven't done in a very long time. The area was clean and tables were being cleaned promptly as soon as people freed them up. There was also a really large carousel at the food court. Bathrooms were clean. Family restrooms were clean and large. Parked free in garage parking. Accessible for wheelchairs and easy to get around. No problems with my service dog being accepted in the mall or at any of the stores. read more

Very nice stores with helpful staff throughout. The stores were also very clean and sharp looking. HOWEVER, the mall restrooms on the first floor were disgraceful! Dirty, many doors and faucets were not working properly. Shame! read more

I came to the mall for an eye exam. The doctor was excellent. He needed to see me for a followup visit. On both days that I went, there were barking dogs so loud that it was difficult to hear in his office. The technician told me that they often have events there so loud that it's hard to hear people in the office. I think it's inconsiderate to have events so close to the doctor's office. How thoughtless does one have to be to schedule things there. This place is huge--why can't they have them far away from the eye offices? read more

This is a great mall for families to go to and everyone would have a blast. There's a wide variety of food selections, toy stores, clothings, gaming areas like arcades. Every time I go there I visit the Lovisa ( jewelry place) and honestly hands down everyone is so sweet in there. I was really bummed on not being able to take out my piercing prior ( it was stuck). And they fixed it and took it out for me within 1 min, I was out the door with an unstuck piercing and some more small ear Jews. They do amazing jobs at piercing too! read more

I always find parking, even on busy times of the year. I like the stores that are still operating. Too bad we lost California Kitchen. This mall is located off the highway 121, you can access the mall in many ways. Parking is not fun if you try to park by The Cheese Cake Factory. I recommend to park on the side by Northstroms. read more

This mall is one of the best malls that I've been to in my lifetime. The food options in the mall are extensive and you never have to walk far to get to the nearest food store, especially since the food court is basically in the center of the whole mall. There are a lot of convenient shops including phone repair stores, furniture stores, jewelry stands, a barber shop, and anything that you may need in terms of cosmetics and clothing. There is also a huge Dave & Busters and a couple of other entertainment places that you may want to go to. Overall, the mall is not too big or too small for anyone, is noticeably clean on the inside, and has the right amount of necessities for everyone. I would definitely recommend this mall for anyone visiting the Dallas/Fort Worth area. read more

No sign of "malls dying" here! This mall is almost 20 years old and opened right about the time of 911. It feeds the retail appetite of one of the fastest-growing areas in the country. I never come here because the area is so congested and crowded. However, I owed my granddaughter a birthday gift and this is where she wanted to come. Let me just say, the common areas, walkways, and inside most shops was uncomfortably crowded. After we went to several shops I suggested we leave. Really, it was too crowded. In addition, several of the vendors manning the kiosk in the common areas were not wearing a mask. I alerted the management to this today and they were appreciative. I don't recommend going here during busy weekend times. That is if you want to feel even marginally safe! read more

It's nice to see a mall that is thriving however PLEASE do a bathroom re model upstairs next to the food court/ carousel! The women's restroom is very outdated, needs a good detailed clean, power wash and doors that actually shut and don't have large gaps where everyone can see you. The metal doors are rusty and falling apart. Many doors not locking and a few not shutting at all. Permanent stains in the toilets and bathroom sinks. Several toilets were not flushed, stuffed with paper towels, etc. Disgusting! I sure hope the mall owners are looking @ these reviews. read more

The mall is a really nice place, overall customer experience can vary depending on the store but overall it's really good! I wish though there were more allergy free options on in the cafeteria or cafes. For example I went to the Nordstrom Cafe and I was happy to get the magical Vanilla Lavender Chai latte, they said that they could make it with dairy free milks however when I went to see if I could by the vanilla chai mix..... on the back it said that it had milk and unfortunately I suffered with an upset stomach after that. Another example, I tried some Asian American inspire food in one of the restaurants in the mall but the sauces and proteins had gluten in them. Perhaps having allergy notices for the food would be great. read more

Bathroom is disgusting rolls of toilet paper on the ground. Toilets FILLED with feces. Dirt everywhere. No clean tables at the food court. It is horrendously filthy in this entire mall. I was just there and was very disappointed. They are not running the air conditioning very much, (in late July, in Texas!) and it was warm and stuffy throughout the mall. Sephora had its own huge oscillating fan, so it was comfortable there, but ugh. Everywhere else was just muggy and uncomfortable. We went to visit this midrange shopping mall in Frisco, TX named Stonebriar Centre. This place has five floor levels of shops, food and entertainment facilities. Clean and well lighted shopping place for families and friends. It's humongous! It anchors Nordstrom, Macy's, Dillard's, Dick's Sporting Goids and J C Penny. Specialty stores and boutiques are also here. Well known home shops like William Sonoma and Pottery Barn. It has AMC's 24 screen movie theater. Also, Dave and Buster's. Huge covered parking lot is available for shoppers. A well known hotel is scheduled to open next year. KidZania will open soon this year. read more

I would have enjoyed this Mall more on drugs. That's why it's called Stonebriar, of course. Because most of the visitors are Stonedprior to coming here. It's a totally enormous studly hunk of a Mall in the South part of Frisco, which is far away from Dallas. And there are so many malls in the north of the area of this massive Metropolis that you would think that another one would not go down too well - but it's actually a good mall with a massive number of people coming in here on a regular basis. Aaaand my favourite thing about this Mall is that there is a Kung Fu tea inside! And they make good products! We've been to the movie theater here on a number of occasions and as you can see from the pictures Barbie has looked pretty spectacular here on a number of occasions too. read more

I've shopped at Stonebriar since it opened, and the parking lot has become an absolute joke. Why? Because drivers now seem to think that every lane in the lot is two ways. I cannot say how many times I've almost had a head-on collision with a driver going the wrong way. It is particularly bad outside of Nordstrom. Security needs to put up "do not enter" signs, although most of the offenders probably cannot read or comprehend English. read more

It has been a minute since I last came to Stonebriar and it still has some great shopping stores. The food court offers a good variety of eateries.. chick fila, sonic, sbarro and let's not forget Charlie's cheesesteak. Another option if your thirsty is the Tapville offering wine and beer while you wait or take a break from shopping. Stonebriar is still a great mall to do some shopping. Kidzania is also offered her for childcare while you shop. The airport lobby appearance is very cool! If you have kids it's definitely a great spot! read more
