He replaced the furnace and gave me the cost of the part back! Then my hot water heater went out. Since we have a jacuzzi tub in one of the bathrooms we had two hot water heaters in series. A woman from your business called to cancel my appointment 15 minutes before it was supposed to take place. I explained in detail the I had an electric central AC and heating system and that the compressor is located on the roof of the building. I repeated explained that I do not have neighbors above or below me. My electric central AC and heating system is located in a utility room on the 2nd floor of my three story unit. The USPS insists on putting Apt 107 instead of unit 107. My address was provided to you on Monday, but nobody was concerned about my apartment like home until 15 minutes before my appointment. I do not live in an apartment like condo. My condo building is three stories high and I live in a townhouse styled condo that is three stories and an end unit. My AC compressor that is located on the roof is easily accessible to tenants and service technicians. The lack of knowledge by the woman that called to cancel, her supervisor and the technician is an internal problem and not something a conversation with me will solve. If I ran Vredevoogd I would be looking for three new qualified employees. Your employee seem to lack knowledge on very basic information about electric central AC and heating systems and AC compressor located on the roof instead of being ground level. I was without AC for three days. Thank God another company fit me in that same afternoon. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in 45 minutes. Three days without AC in 90 plus temperatures and it could have been many more because Vredevoogd canceled 15 minutes before my appointment.
