He replaced the furnace and gave me the cost of the part back! Then my hot water heater went out. Since we have a jacuzzi tub in one of the bathrooms we had two hot water heaters in series. He was there the next morning and installed both of the heaters! Now, as if that isn't enough later in the summer the AC died.
