I told her my concern and she said that someone could be out Friday, July 3 between 12/1:30. Yes!!! Jesse, service technician, arrived during the time frame stated. I received a message stating who was coming, a picture of the technician, what he was driving and plate number! Overkill....absolutely NOT! I appreciated that I was respected and appreciated enough for UDG to take the responsibility for their customer and letting me know who was coming. Customer service like this is valuable. Jesse represented UDG Services with professionalism and integrity. He took care of what was needed and we responded appropriately. The service call was very fair . The washer is repaired, we are happy and we have clean laundry! All of the electric service was top notch, the electrician I used for my kitchen remodel told me the work was fine. However, the new mast they installed was horribly installed. They installed the flashing ON TOP of the shingles above the mast, put two nails through it and the all the shingles, gobbed some tar on it and left it at that. I called Amp Electric and gave my complaint to whoever answered the phone. Was called back later saying that is they way they do it and it is fine. It took six shingles because we had to replace the ones that had nail holes through the surface. My cost was only $160 to repair because I already had the shingles. So a mixed review. Don't have them do anything except electric work.

The crew was UNTRAINED inexperienced young guys NO trained person to oversee job! ***Roof crew was given WATER SOLUBLE sealant for the roof vents!!!*** All this WASHED AWAY EXPOSING GAPS allowing water in MY ROOF and creating leaks into my home for year!!! Still getting poured on with every rain!!! The crews did not scrape the old goop from under the furnace vent and after sealant washed away it left the vent with a gap allowing water to go into my roof! This created a ceiling water stain and hole in floor in front of the furnace!! ***Now the threshold is pulling away from door frame, wall damage!!*** When I called the company told them of the hole in floor, again sent inexperienced workers that did NOT completely seal up ALL of the voids and gaps left when roof was put on! Finally it was obvious to me this is A COMPLETELY SCAM COMPANY! I hired a certified experienced home builder / inspector company which found; 1. Stains and elevated levels of moisture in several areas which is a "conducive condition for wood-destroying organisms." MY HOME HAS BEEN WET SINCE THEY PUT THE ROOF ON! 2. "Manufactures recommendation is to extend starter shingles 3/8 to 1/2 past drip edge of roof. Both sides have areas that are either short of drip edge and does not extend". This SCAM Company did not even train or CARE that their crew knew HOW to the STARTER SHINGLES ON CORRECTLY! A simple half inch difference in training!!!! Which left BOTH SIDES of MY WHOLE ROOF EXPOSED! 3. Both air pipe flanges were too big and installed and chalked incorrectly! 4. Chalking Voids This SCAM family company were notified August 15, 2022 of roof leaking issues. NO RESPONSE!!! THEY HAVE INTENTIONALLY WREAKED MY HOME! This is a TRUE AMERICAN CLASSIC "HOME-WRECKING" family company! Last contact was September 21, 2022.
