Willard Air, Heating, Plumbing, Electrical came out this morning for full system review, AC & furnace system components. Brilliant work; very thorough report walk-through with photos. Impressively professional and thorough. The guy George was awesome. They complemented the check up, up front. There aee some good catches that we can get fixed today, and extend the life of the compressor. Heartily recommend. We also joined the membership program to get on the bi-yearly checkups for AC and furnance in preseason times. Incredible turnaround! Well done all!!

Highly recommend…read more Top Gun immediately contacted me to set up an appointment. This was at 10am on a Friday in late July. The owner came out that evening to diagnose the problem. Parts were ordered. Monday I get a call from Allie explaining how long it would take to get the parts from the manufacturer & when to expect my AC to be fixed. Allie was friendly, kind, compassionate, & helpful the few times we spoke. Excellent customer service! The following Monday (yesterday) Arturo came to replace the coil in my attic. I was told in advance that it would be an all day job. No problem. Arturo walked us through & showed us the problems that caused our AC coil to need replacement once the old coil was out. It was fantastic getting a mini teaching lesson about home AC. He took the time to explain the possible issues with the unit outside too. At the very end we ran into a problem. Arturo said he would be happy to stay & troubleshoot, or come back today. No point to come back out even though he'd been working all day. He quickly found the problem & the AC was up & running. Kudos to Arturo! I know nothing about AC repairs, but the cost was reasonable to me. I actually had to raise my AC a few degrees because my house was so cool this morning. Humans & dogs are very happy.

Outside temp was up in the 90s and inside it would not cool under 79. We called Flex Air on a Thursday afternoon and they came out the next day. They took their time to review all the equipment. They listened to what our needs were. They ended up giving us 4 different options to choose from on how to proceed. They showed us a side by side preview of all 4 otptions and then went into details of each one. This included two with repairs and two with full right replacements. They took their time to answer all of our questions not shying away from the positives and negatives of each option. This gave us a clear picture on how we felt we needed to move forward. They came out the following Monday to put in the new equipment. During install they were polite and friendly, again answering any questions we may have had. We have been using it a week now and everything is running great and nice and cool. We also love the new thermostat. I appreciate them being upfront with us. Again listening to what our needs were and they did not try to push some high end products with a bunch of bells and whistles that we did not need. My wife and I are very happy with service and product. Thank you So much!

My AC went out Saturday night so I made a yelp project and instantly got in touch with a lot of AC…read morebusinesses in the area. I chose Comfort Land because I related to who I communicated to and was able to establish good communication with them at a, albeit weird hour (Saturday night 9pm). The person I talked to, Will, was very upfront about the pricing. The price was 49$ for a diagnostic visit. I also asked if there was a cancellation fee in case the AC worked itself out, no cancellation fee, and he also recommended some YouTube sites to see if some of the basics could be ruled out on the costumer side. I appreciated that and after doing some price comparison with 2 other companies, one of which tried to upsell me on a yearly plan, I decided to go with Comfort Land. I confirmed the appointment time on Sunday and on Monday they came early afternoon. I was not here when they originally came and my husband interacted with them, he had a favorable opinion. I had done my own research that morning and realized that the problem was likely inside the house since the outside unit was spinning normally and the refrigerant line was cold, but nothing was blowing in my house so I thought it was likely a motor blower issue. they confirmed that they found that the motor blower was not working. they also said the auxillary drain pan was very rusted (like around 2-3 feet of rust on the pan) I like that they documented everything very well and showed and emailed us pictures of what they found in our attic. I felt very comfortable and confident that they were honest and did a good evaluation. They called and had a motor blower and new drain pan delivered from their storage facility and I think the two of them waited outside the house for like 90 minutes for it. I think they came around 1pm, and left around 5 pm after installing everything and left after they made sure the AC was working, including measuring the temperature that came from the AC. In regards to the pricing: It was 2600 to replace the motor and change the drain pan. I did a search on HVAC subreddit and it seemed like that price was reasonable. My husband and I are very grateful for their prompt service, their handwritten evaluation that not only evaluated the immediate problem, as well as overall health of the AC system we had and the degree of wear and tear on some of the other parts. I feel comfortable recommending this company to friends and other people. Please keep up the good work everyone!

He spent nearly 1-2 hours on a Sunday thoroughly diagnosing our AC issue, only to discover it was actually an electrical problem outside of his scope. I really appreciated his honesty. he didn't try to patch something up just to charge us more.... Instead, he pointed us in the right direction and helped us understand exactly what needed to be done. Even though he couldn't fix it himself, he still spent extra time helping, and the visit was only $39. No surprise fees, no pressure!!! Phew! Once the electrician came out, the AC was up and running again. We're so thankful Brandon helped us get to the root of the issue.
