The ambiance was great. We went for my wife's birthday and was really impressed by the decor, the live music and the lighting was second to none. STK! STK! STK! The fact that this is one of my motto's when I plan a Las Vegas trip, a city filled with great restaurants and a huge variety of steakhouses says enough. STK in Milan delivers upon the legacy it has build in NYC and Las Vegas both food wise as well as atmosphere wise. The wagyu tacos are highly recommended, they are little morsels of goodness that go really well with their excellent cocktail offering. But if I am honest, all the appetizers are great and just taste like more. But obviously you will want to keep some space for the main attraction: the steaks! Quite honestly the food alone is enough to convince me to come back. The restaurant has a club-y vibe still manages to be stylish but the staff is friendly and helpful. Will be checking in more! A 3 star overall rating is definitely not fair -- the steak at STK is still the best. (In the US and best I've had outside of it too) The sides and bread here just disappoint me a bit -- they're not on par with what is offered at U.S. locations. Ok, so I have visited several STKs and have enjoyed the ambience and food so while in Milan decided to give them a try. This restaurant is beautiful, has a great vibe and that's about it. Being from Miami and having visited both of their locations there as well as the Orlando restaurant I was really expecting a high quality experience. I'm not going to complain about the service (bad) because the service level in Italy is not what Americans are accustomed to so I'll let that pass. However the food was well below average. I had the ribeye which had very little flavor but more importantly the cut itself was terrible. Cartilage all over the place YUCK!! My dinner companion had the gnocchi which was not good either. And the truffle mac and cheese? Forget it. Not sure where the chef here gets that Mac and cheese should be partially cooked (no I don't mean al dente) and crispy. I think I'll stick with visiting STKs in America from now on. read more

The service was great. As well as the presentation. But the steak and the salmon needs some work. My salmon was bland. I had to add salt and pepper. The steak was average, but it needed to have more seasoning & flavor. The sides were the best part of the meal. The cream of spinach was great. The Mac and cheese was average my grandma has made better. But I have heard the lobster Mac & cheese was really good. But I'm gonna give them three stars and the extra star is for the service not the food. I've had better. read more

This was the absolute worst customer service I've ever received. I was visiting from the United States with my friends who are from London. The waiter was extremely rude and sarcastic with us. So many things we ordered never even came and when we tried to get them taken off the bill, he refused. The food was so salty and wasn't appetizing. This was fantastic. We have been to STK in Miami, Vegas, and NYC. This location did not disappoint. I got the sirloin and my hubby got the ribeye. We love our sides. Got Mac n cheese, truffle fries and broccoli. Delicioso!!!! Everything was great. A superb end to our week in Italy. read more
