Popped in for a night cap after hanging out downtown and it was an awesome place. I had not been here in forever! I love the set up, it has a small humidor for cigars and you can enjoy them inside or out on the balcony. Just as a forewarning, and not a complaint the circulation isn't stellar inside, so if you are sensitive to that try and sit outside. I had a delicious martini called the dirty geisha, I'm a big martini fan and this was so smooth, and just all around tasty. We also split some awesome sushi! It was a great array of flavors, fresh and the topping was warm! Which I had never had before. Service is stellar, everyone is friendly and attentive without being overbearing which I'm a big fan of. Can't wait to get back to check out more sushi and cocktails! Glad this place is an option for our city

The service and food and drinks are good here! The new location would have to be the downfall.. the old location was better, used to have an outside rooftop area and even though it was small it had an exclusive and upscale feel to it. The new location has a reserved area which is risky because there is already nowhere to sit, it is a tiny room but the food is great! The sriracha noodles are a hit and the sushi rolls as well! Would pass on the fried rice, but loved the dumplings, chicken skewers, and the shrimp wonton soup is a fave

The new spot is spot on. Zen type flow and decor. Great lighting in both seating areas. The restrooms are elegant and service is excellent.

Looking for a chill rooftop bar downtown with bomb drinks and food ! Check out @stixxindy ! It's is also a cigar bar ! We don't smoke, but love to chill outside and watch the sunset with some bomb drinks . I love their Cajun mango margarita ! Their regular margarita is bomb too ! The star of the show was the fried lobster sliders! Give them a try you won't be disappointed! Follow on IG @bookseatsandbooze for more recs!

Fun little cigar bar with a neat patio/ rooftop perfect for watching sunset. 4 stars because the food here is just okay and overpriced, but it's worth coming to just sit outside and enjoy the vibes. It's usually pretty empty and you're almost always guaranteed a spot outside. I could not sit indoors as it smells of cigar smoke but that is kind of the definition of a cigar bar. They have a huge selection of cigars and a large cocktail menu. We got "Ass on Fire" Moscow Mules which were spicy and almost tasted like Fireball but more eloquent. They've done a great job decorating the patio with string lights and flowers. Very pretty!

King Kani roll is good. It's very smoky in there though. Cigar bar is not well ventilated. My eyes were burning the whole time. Very small seating area.

Food: Got the wings and calamari. Wings were delicious. I got then Crispy with dry rub and they were perfect. Calamari was larger than what I've normally had. But very tender and the batter was light and buttery. Love the sauce Drinks: I had a couple bourbon drinks. Very good selection Service: The waiter, who I think was also the manager, was very attentive and on top of things! Ambience: We sat on the patio upstairs. Perfect day out. Perfect spacing outside. We didn't feel like we were on top of other groups. It was a good vibe

Have you ever been to a place when you're doing a review, and decided to go back a second time to sample more of the menu? I did just that with Stixx. Thursday night I went in and had pho with a friend of mine. He is not a smoker, so we didn't stay very long. We did however stay long enough to enjoy a huge bowl of pho. The chef uses his mother'a meatball recipe and they simmer the savory broth for about 5 hours. It is honestly one of the best bowls of pho I have ever had. The broth and savory the flank steak and meatballs are delicious, it does not have the tripe that some people object to. This does not impact the quality of the pho or the flavor. Everything is very fresh and delightful. The bowls are huge, so bring your appetite!! Tonight I went back solo. It is at this point that I should tell you that this is not only a top-quality Asian restaurant, but also one of the finest cigar bars that I have ever been to, and I have been to a lot of them. If you want to watch the big game they have four flat panel tVs that will allow you to watch whatever you want. Tonight I watched Alabama beat on Mizzou. The staff, including the bartender Ben, are very attentive. I cannot say enough about the kind hearted and beautiful wait staff, Kim was my waitress along with another young lady whose name I forget, but she was absolutely wonderful, too. Tonight I started with the Vietnamese summer rolls I had one of shrimp and another a barbecue pork, the pork was a powerhouse of flavor. The shrimp was fresh and the rolls were crisp and delightful. I then moved on to the ahi tuna appetizer, one of the best that I've had. I am not damning these people with false praise, the food is just that good. I then had the most unique preparation of steak that I have ever experienced. Steak Tisho is filet mignone sliced paper thin and presented raw with butter and garlic. The server then "cooks it" with a torch at table side. This is not a ribeye, it is a small portion maybe 3 ounces at most, it is packed with flavor and is delightful, so much so that it melts in your mouth. The entire experience was fantastic. Now word about their drinks list, they appear to have every type of scotch known to man. I had a 14-year-old Oban that was incredible. It was the perfect accompaniment to the cigar I had. It was a La Aurora Puro, and was from a limited series of 1000 boxes. Very impressive. Later I had a glass of Talisker with a nice Arturo Fuente. Ben is a cigar lover and we talked about the smokes in the humidor. Everything in the bar was top shelf. The humidor was extensive. I will be back again and again.

I went here one evening just to sit outside and enjoy some time out of the house. It's a great idea and there's great ambiance at this place. There's plenty of seating outside on their balcony area - patio couches and chairs/tables. I shouldn't have expected more with the food seeing as the cigars are the main attraction - but I thought it would be better. The fried rice was not good at all. I don't know how the chicken was cooked but it overpowered the rice. I couldn't finish any of it. The burgers tasted straight from a package. None of it was worth the calories. I had a mixed drink (equivalent to a rum + pineapple drink) and it was just meh. Maybe if I was a cigar smoker I would have enjoyed it, but for just coming along with others who do enjoy it, it didn't satisfy me.

The atmosphere was great, the cigars were good, and the food was amazing!! Definitely love the king scallops and the calamari! I will definitely be back!

Note: This review only applies to the 1st floor bar/restaurant. There's also the cigar lounge/balcony upstairs which I did not visit. I was very excited to hear that a new Asian-inspired restaurant was opening within walking distance of my office. I was over the moon to find out that photos would be on the menu (I am a fan of any kind of Asian noodle soup). I had to come try their bowl. The broth had decent flavor and the noodles were not mushy, but the portion size was quite small. The bowl cost $10 and I understand the rent is somewhat higher here (than at 38th & Lafayette or Carmel) due to the downtown location and tobacco license, but how much more would it rally be to add a little broth, and some noodles and serve it in adult-sized bowl like the dozens of other places I've had phone around the country? Service was fast and friendly enough, but I just can't get past the tiny bowl I received. Note: If you are sensitive to smoke (I am not at all), this is NOT the place for you. Even though the upstairs is billed as the cigar lounge, smoking is permitted throughout. When I was there for lunch, the downstairs reeked of smoke (and my clothes later) even though no one was smoking.

Delicious sushi, huge cigar selection, strong drinks and overall unpretentious vibe! The King Kani roll is incredible (lobster tempura inside and king crab on top). Stixx is a great spot, even if you're not a cigar smoker.

Went here for lunch with my coworkers and liked it! Sushi happy hour for $5 per roll was a really good deal and sparkling sake tested great. To add, our server was friendly and nice! As for the interior - it was cozy and sitting outside during the summer time must be awesome. I really find those medieval looking chairs cool!

The start of the visit there was positive; the security was friendly, welcoming and set a great tone for the location. The hostess got us seated without any issues and was able to put us at a table with better ventilation. Once we were seated, the experience became more inconsistent. My boyfriend ordered a Booker's for himself and an Eagle Rare for me. While he was in the humidor, our waitress informed him they were out of the Booker's and suggested Blanton's as a similar-priced alternative, which he agreed to. Later, he tried to order another bourbon in a similar price range based on the menu, but that was also unavailable, and E.H. Taylor was suggested instead. In both cases, pricing for the substitutions was not discussed, and neither substitute was listed on the menu we were given (via QR code). Service was minimal after ordering. Our waters were not refilled, and it took multiple attempts to get the waitress's attention despite it not being very busy. We eventually had to ask the hostess for help getting the check. The total for three bourbon pours came to $141 before tip. The receipt showed $30 for Eagle Rare (listed at $22 on the menu), $35 for Blanton's, and $65 for E.H. Taylor Barrel Proof. The main concern was the lack of clear pricing or menu visibility for the substitutions at the time they were recommended. A friend at the table was told, after ordering a second bourbon on the rocks, that ice cubes are $2, which was not listed on the menu. We didn't raise concerns before paying, because we didn't want to make a scene and were hoping to just finish the last part of the evening on a positive note. After paying, our server came back to ask if everything was okay, and the concerns about pricing were briefly shared. The response was that prices are not typically discussed when suggesting alternatives so as not to be offensive. Regarding atmosphere, the space itself is visually well done, but the room was noticeably smokier than expected for a cigar lounge with air circulation. Staff also appeared to be dressed more casually than anticipated for the setting. Overall, while the venue has a strong initial impression, the lack of communication around pricing and substitutions, combined with limited service and inconsistency in execution, made this a frustrating way to end an otherwise great night.

Disrespectful. Embarrassing. Completely Unacceptable…read more I rarely write negative reviews because I am used to having positive experiences, but our experience at Lit Cigar Lounge on the evening of May 1st was so disappointing that it needs to be shared. Our group of 17+ was there celebrating a surprise birthday, a gathering of educated, professional, family-oriented individuals who simply wanted to enjoy a night out. Throughout the evening, our server was subpar. She was dismissive, made snide remarks, and appeared uninterested in providing even basic hospitality. Despite this, her disposition, we still pressed on and still had a great time, and tipped her subpar service. That's the kind of people we are. Approximately 11:15, three police officers entered the establishment. Many in our group casually joked among ourselves that they must be there to serve a warrant on someone, albeit never imagining they would be there to remove us. Things escalated in a way that was both shocking and embarrassing. Shortly after, we were told we needed to leave. No prior warning. No conversation. No explanation from the staff. Others and I inquired of the manager, why? The manager resisted giving any adequate response other than to "leave now". No one could give us a clear answer. When pressed, I was told by the manager, "We don't want your business." It appeared the issue may have stemmed from a flyer associated solely with our group, but whatever the concern was, it did not warrant being handled in this manner, especially with a group like ours that was respectful, cooperative, and willing to comply with any request had it simply been communicated. To involve the police in a situation like this when there was no disturbance, no scene, and no attempt to communicate with us first was completely unnecessary and humiliating. Even the officers themselves expressed that they were unsure why we were being asked to leave, and made it clear they were just doing their job. I will say, the officers were respectful and professional, and we appreciated their sensitivity in an uncomfortable situation. What made it even worse was being escorted out in front of other patrons. It was embarrassing and completely unwarranted, especially considering that no issue was ever brought to our attention. The most unfortunate part is that this experience does not reflect what we believe about the upstanding reputation and business standards of the owner, who operates multiple establishments that many in our group have supported over the years. The handling of this situation by the manager was unprofessional, excessive, and disrespectful. What should have been a totally joyful celebration turned into an uncomfortable and degrading experience. I will never forget those words about not wanting our business, and he will not have to worry, because I will not be returning as long as he is the manager, and neither will the people I came with.
