If you've never been, this place is an experience! Depending on the time it's either a night club or a lounge. Cigars are cheaper here than Nicky Blaine's because of vertical integration, and the buildout is beautiful! The humidor has a very big assortment & they are very patient.

This was my first time going to BURN, and the inside vibe is cool. It's low lit, cozy and not too smokey considering it's a cigar bar. On first entrance it was nice walking right in, I'm not sure the point of security because nobody wanted us or patted us down, or even checked ID, which made for an easy entrance, but also scary. The scary part because some other person came in later creating a ruckus with his hand in his bag and considering they didn't wand or check us I can say I'm confident he didn't have a weapon in his bag. I will say security was on him quick and got him out of there fast but in my opinion I'm not sure how he got in being loud like that in the first place. They don't really have food they serve ramen noodles and it's only because at a cigar bar you have to serve food, so if you think you're going to be hungry eat before you come. I also highly recommend getting a receipt. We only had 5 old fashions between us and unless they are $30/drink the bartender tipped themselves a hell of a tip! I went online to try and check out prices and even there (although it says prices do change) there were not any bourbons at that price point. I'm not sure if I would go again, I might, it's definitely in a nice location downtown, but again I'm annoyed after looking at my bank account in the morning and seeing $150 worth of charges for 5 drinks......something isn't adding up so pay attention and get you receipt!

This place is definitely a vibe. Want to feel like high end place to vibe out in. Well look no further than Burn! And someone finally had a party and it was definitely a vibe. Omg it was amazing and do miss the chance to learn more about the cigars.

One of the best aspects of Burn is that the high ceilings allow the smile to disparate so you don't smell like you are carrying a lit cigar with you as you walk into another establishment. The bar staff is kind and they work efficiently. The location doesn't offer any food but you can bring in items or order from local restaurants. Good place to chill and have a smoke.

This is a very nice, clean, and comfortable venue. The downstairs has sitting on both sides of the bar which is centrally located in front of the door. If you bring your own cigars or purchase one from the large inventory of options. Upstairs is reserved for members and private events. Everyone else can select an open seat downstairs. I went on a Thursday night and they had a DJ playing old school music. The drinks were good and I liked that the bartender made his way over to our table to check on us and see how we liked our drinks.

Every time I walked by BURN there are bouncers standing around, but don't let that deter you from going in. They are just there to be respectful and hold the doors open. BURN is probably one of the more classy establishments in the downtown core. It looks amazing on the inside. There is the main bar and additional spaces on both sides. Should you fancy yourself as a high roller, you can head upstairs to the balcony. Sometimes they have the upstairs rope off for private parties. BURN is indeed a cigar bar so know what to expect when you visit. The smoke isn't so bad during the week but can be intense on Friday/Saturday nights. I am not a cigar smoker but looking at their humidor they have a huge selection. And speaking of selection their spirits choices are second to none. I can't imagine they don't have your favorite whiskey or bourbon. They also have specialty cocktails and other drink choices. BURN is worth a visit if you are in the mood for a more upscale experience. Whether you are in for a cigar or cocktail, it's not a bad place to be for a laid-back evening.

This is the only spot that I go out to when I want to go out. It's not really a dancing spot, but they have some room to kinda get your groove on. The drinks are always made very well. I don't really smoke cigars, but customer seem to rather enjoy them. The woman that hosts is a very lovely woman and the bartenders usually have really good attitudes. The drinks are in the median price range, but they have something priced for everyone.

This is a great cigar bar. There isn't any food in water off but they make a great old fashioned. The service is great and the ambiance is awesome great for small and large groups. I will definitely be back

Excellent vibe in the place. TVs all around the bar area for those sports bar fans! Quiet areas for those that like the more traditional, mellow cigar bar. Well stocked humidor and Greg was knowledgeable in cigars aand guided a newer cigar smoker through the varieties...didn't focus on only the expensive brands but gave a very wide selection options. Made this noob feel welcome comfortable. Many regulars were there so it is for those immersed in cigars and us newbies feel welsome

It had a great adult atmosphere and the service, led by the Brittany's warm smile, was amazing. I'd highly recommend this cigar bar as a great place to hang out, have a drink and a cigar and watch a sporting event or just chill with your friends.

Beer, basketball on the screen, and great cigars with my boy

Our first time at Burn and it was so good we came back later in the evening. We'll be back tomorrow before Michigan plays in the finals. Great atmosphere, nice selection in the humidor and was pleasantly surprised when paying the bill for as upscale as it is. Most importantly, the service is exceptional from servers Kelsie and Brittney to Zack working the door.

The establishment is great; however, when I questioned my server about my bill she never mentioned about the automatic 20% gratuity being added. I didn't see this until I later looked at my receipt. I tipped her another 20% on top of that. I find this dishonest and a bit shady especially when I questioned her about my bill. I tried calling them and no answer. I find this very dishonest.

So, I am old. I know this now. I didn't know it until recently and I am grateful to have discovered this about myself. I won't go into the details here, but let's just say I saw a light. Not THE light, you know. Just, some light. In my 20's, I was all about the club scene. I went to clubs in San Francisco almost every weekend and was the guy who went to work on Monday morning with the wristband still on one arm and a faded stamp on the other arm. I have been to clubs in Las Vegas and New York. Man, I was on top of the world at one point in my life and it felt so incredibly amazing to be club guy. Now, fast forward to my mid 40's and I find this place. Somehow, it was a mix of all the places I had been in my glory years and of course, it's a cigar lounge too! I grubbed on a massive steak down the street (see my review for that spot because it's epic, if I do say so myself) and I was in the mood to burn a stogie. Mind you, in my 20's, I didn't even get in the shower til 10, but now? Shoot, bedtime is like 1030, 11 tops. So, I strolled over here around 8 and it was a little crowded, but nothing I couldn't handle. Lots of people seated in the outdoor seating area, drinking, talking, laughing and living. It was impressive indeed! They had the red velvet ropes set up, but nobody was waiting online, so I made a dash to the front to show my ID. It was similar to the red carpet events we see for the Oscars, but not when Zendeya shows up and all the cameras are poppin' and the hosts are dashing to get an interview. It was closer to, let's say, when Sandra Oh arrives and nobody cares, but they look because obviously someone was there. So, I show my ID and make my way indoors. The space is massive and there's a big bar right smack dab in the middle of the space. The music is blasting and 24 year old me starts dancin' to the beat, in my mind, not in real life and I make my way around to see where I am gonna hang. I follow one of the young waitresses as she brings a drink upstairs and I just wanna say "hey" and I decide to sit in the chairs just off the bar area, where they have sports on the TV's (lots of TV's) and I hang back for a bit. The waitress comes over and asks me if I want a drink, so I order a non-alcoholic beverage and ask if I can burn the cigars I brought with me. She says yes and that's good news. A lot of places prefer that you buy their cigars because it's a business and all. Extra points for that. As I sit, alone, and people watch, I realize that this is definitely a spot for people of all ages and experience levels. I saw the 30 somethin' female crew out for a night on the town. All dolled up and lookin' amazing. I saw lots and lots of couples enjoying their time out. I even saw fat golf polo shirt guys who clearly made their way here after either hitting the golf course (doubtful) or after the buffet (likely) tables. Staff was friendly, attentive, but not too much. Hostesses that I interacted with were super chill, all smiles, chatty and fun. Overall, I had a really good experience and if I was in the area again, I would definitely drop by for a stogie or two.

They were very accommodating to such a large group, many of whom are not really cigar smokers. At the back of the space is a large bar with an equally large humidor behind it. The humidor attendant was helpful and patient with the members of our party that didn't really know what they wanted. We were seated at a long table near the bar, though we took up a couple of smaller tables as well. They do a phenomenal job of air quality management, even though there were a ton of people smoking, the air seemed quite clean, enough so that a non-smoker would probably be comfortable hanging out with a friend who was smoking without being uncomfortable. Though they only have a small selection of beer, they did have some fairly good options. I had a Goose Island Cherries Jubilee Bourbon County Stout (quite nice), and a Camacho cigar. I didn't have any food on this visit, but the menu did look promising, even if a bit over priced. Overall this is a very nice spot for a cigar and a drink, I will likely be back when in Indy again!

Disrespectful. Embarrassing. Completely Unacceptable…read more I rarely write negative reviews because I am used to having positive experiences, but our experience at Lit Cigar Lounge on the evening of May 1st was so disappointing that it needs to be shared. Our group of 17+ was there celebrating a surprise birthday, a gathering of educated, professional, family-oriented individuals who simply wanted to enjoy a night out. Throughout the evening, our server was subpar. She was dismissive, made snide remarks, and appeared uninterested in providing even basic hospitality. Despite this, her disposition, we still pressed on and still had a great time, and tipped her subpar service. That's the kind of people we are. Approximately 11:15, three police officers entered the establishment. Many in our group casually joked among ourselves that they must be there to serve a warrant on someone, albeit never imagining they would be there to remove us. Things escalated in a way that was both shocking and embarrassing. Shortly after, we were told we needed to leave. No prior warning. No conversation. No explanation from the staff. Others and I inquired of the manager, why? The manager resisted giving any adequate response other than to "leave now". No one could give us a clear answer. When pressed, I was told by the manager, "We don't want your business." It appeared the issue may have stemmed from a flyer associated solely with our group, but whatever the concern was, it did not warrant being handled in this manner, especially with a group like ours that was respectful, cooperative, and willing to comply with any request had it simply been communicated. To involve the police in a situation like this when there was no disturbance, no scene, and no attempt to communicate with us first was completely unnecessary and humiliating. Even the officers themselves expressed that they were unsure why we were being asked to leave, and made it clear they were just doing their job. I will say, the officers were respectful and professional, and we appreciated their sensitivity in an uncomfortable situation. What made it even worse was being escorted out in front of other patrons. It was embarrassing and completely unwarranted, especially considering that no issue was ever brought to our attention. The most unfortunate part is that this experience does not reflect what we believe about the upstanding reputation and business standards of the owner, who operates multiple establishments that many in our group have supported over the years. The handling of this situation by the manager was unprofessional, excessive, and disrespectful. What should have been a totally joyful celebration turned into an uncomfortable and degrading experience. I will never forget those words about not wanting our business, and he will not have to worry, because I will not be returning as long as he is the manager, and neither will the people I came with.
