Very helpful! I really appreciated their quick service to help me out! I was looking for some bachelor shirts because I didnt have time to go online and went to the brea mall to see what I could find. No one sell bachelor party stuff apparently lol thankfully I came across their kiosk at brea mal and Ak was able to help me out right there and get it done the same night. So appreciative! read more

Great customer service! We had an emergency rush order and they efficiently copied to perfection the design we requested. While picking up our tees we noticed they also do phone case covers. Putting together a picture collage and ordering one of those as well!! Highly recommend going to this custom t-shirt shop, they are fast, friendly, good quality shirts and reasonably priced. read more

After relentlessly hunting for a place that could put photos on 6 tee shirts before Christmas, I'm so happy to have found Stix N Tees! Every other place I called had a minimum of 28 pieces and a wait time of 2 weeks! The owner of this company responded within minutes and sent me detailed instructions of where to find them in the Brea Mall. I brought my T-shirts (they also supply them) and Elizabeth at the Brea Mall made my experience even better! She showed great attention to detail and really seemed to care about my goal in transferring special photos of my grandson onto T-shirts for my family. After being turned down by several printing companies, I have to say I'm quite impressed with the final product and the turnaround time! On top of everything, else, while dropping off my T-shirts I left a very special important notebook at the busy kiosk, but Elizabeth found it and put in a safe place for me. I trust this company and will definitely keep coming back! read more

The level of service here is subpar. I was given the run around for over a month regarding my order of hoodies. The representatives do not do a good job of communicating, really making me nervous about the outcome. On the day I was supposed to pick up my order, the representative kept pushing back the time of pickup. After finally meeting the guy at 9:30 at night the day before my event, the screen printing was peeling off. The quality was horrible to be honest. After acknowledging the quality with the representative, they did not take me seriously at all. Unbelievable experience not worth my time or money. Next time I need an order of hoodies, I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more

This business does not provide good value and or customer service when busy. Please stay clear of weekend purchases from this vendor as the owner becomes overwhelmed he will cut corners and loose quality and craftsmanship. I asked for a better iron on template cut and he became upset and then printed a new decal and asked me to do the cutting. That alone tells you that he did not take ownership or responsibility for his badly done work. I asked for refund and he said no. I have purchased a previous shirt that was satisfactory but during weekday when not busy of course it was a square shaped iron on so there wasn't much room for error. Who knows maybe he needs glasses. Just make sure that if you go, that it isn't on weekends and ask him to show you decal first before he irons it permanently since he doesn't refund his work. I will not go back. There's plenty of small business out there that will go the extra mile to earn your return business unlike this one. read more

He did an awesome job! He was asking many questions to make sure he got it perfect. Worked very hard to get it to me by my timely deadline. Product came out very clean and clear.
